I sincerely believe that without professional qualities at the head of the structure, the company is hopeless in all its manifestations

Last time I withdrew crypto from Smart…
Last time I withdrew crypto from Smart Valor to a Crypto Wallet or an other Crypto Platform was between 2019-2021.
So I could not figure out what I did wrong this time. Smart Valor Support explained me very detailed how to do it. I have not done it yet, because I saved the answer support sent me in an Email Wallet. There is now hurry to do it yet, but I know the procedures now.

Deleting an account by an exchange
I received a message that my account is in the process of being deleted. I did not delete my account and therefore immediately wrote to the support of the exchange. For the fifth day there is no answer. I also could not enter my account and could not recover the password either, because the exchange does not send messages to my email. No explanation has been given either.
PS:Half a month later, they told me that my account was deleted due to the fact that I am Russian. They did this by sending a request on my behalf to them to delete the account. In general, they want to pretend that they do not follow the sanctions .... crypto exchange
