Odd experience
I had a very odd experience. I made a withdrawal to my German bank account and the funds were never received. Smart Valor insisted that their finance department said the withdrawal was processed and so I should contact my bank. Then mysteriously after posting my 1 star review on here my withdrawal was received. Strange coincidence?? I have deleted my old review as funds were now received just with a massive delay.

T&C changed: No further possession of your money after transfer
The new terms and conditions give you no actual possession of your transferred fiat money, just "valor vouchers", which are treated as in the following citation:
"12.4. Clients do not have any contractual right to redeem the monetary value of the purchase price."
So whatever you transfer them to their platform, goes to their Liechtenstein company and you have given up you right of possession.

Hi there, due to regulatory requirements of Liechtenstein legislation, where SMART VALOR is registered, as a crypto exchange we are not allowed to keep fiat money.
It won't change the way SMART VALOR is keeping customers' funds. It means your fiat-deposit will appear as a Valor Voucher.
If you make a money deposit, the amount in your account will appear as usual. Nominally, it will be the corresponding Valor voucher. If you sell your crypto, as a platform user, you can withdraw your fiat balance as usual.

I want to write a review that will be reflected not only here but in all newspapers, today I will file complaints everywhere. 4 days ago my Smartvalor account was blocked. They asked for documents, some photos of cards, a bank statement. I gave them everything. At the time of buying bitcoin, I bought it for 490 euros, now it costs 430 euros, because of which I lost the amount of money. The admin who sits in Smartvalor promised to unlock my account the next day, but he didn’t do it! Since his words are worthless and their support is silent by the mail. And he (admin) blocked my account in the chat so that I would not bring this information to you! Here are the screenshots provided below. I don’t advise anyone to do business with them, they are not masters of their words. Complete ignore on their part in the telegram. He doesn’t even read my messages! Scam.
