Awful experience. Ordered a boardgame, the website said if orders were placed by the 20th of December they would arrive in time for Christmas. The item was delivered on the 30th of December. I was confused as soon as it was received. The game was in an obviously homemade box and said on the Customs declaration that it was a USB Adapter. On opening the package I found that the game said was not the one described on the website and is a fake with lots of grammar mistakes on the box. I emailed the company to ask for a refund and I emailed the company that makes the official board game to confirm it is a fake. The company confirmed quickly that it was not the game I had ordered and that it was an obvious fake of a different version of the game. I am still waiting for a reply from smartxdirect. I have tried email and online chat but have got no response. The company only has an American telephone number so I can't contact by phone.

I am skipping the emotions and just listing the facts. I ordered a new iWatch, payed for 24 hour dispatch. They didn't lift a finger until I started chasing. Finally, dispatched 7 days later. Received a used item instead. Send it back, finally got a new one with me after a month of hassle. They still don't want to refund for 24 hour dispatch. 2 starts as I finally got the item however I'm not sure whether it worth it. If you have a lot of time and patience then you can give it a go, otherwise avoid.

Beware, this company is not in UK as claimed, they are in US , therefore all goods supplied are not covered by European warranty. I bought a samsung galaxy A70 from them, got suspicious when it took so long to arrive.

I found out they are a US company (although they will not tell you this, as pretending to be UK) ALL goods supplied here are meant for other continental markets.

I contacted Samsung UK and they said it was geniun, but intended for non European markets, therefore it was not under UK manufacture warranty.

I have tried too get written confirmation that I would get all my money back( even though I cancelled within there agreed timescale, before phone was delivered. But my dealings with this organisation leave me to believe that they are well corrupt !

They still left the phone be delivered even after i cancelled within their agreed timescale.

DO NOT buy from this company, they lie about location, delivery time are not what is promised, which was what got me suspicious that this was not UK company.

Returning anything is chargeable to you not them, so beware as it is costly and you will be without your tech for some time as samsung UK have informed me that different parts are used in other continents, so you will not be able to get your device repaired in UK, and it will NOT be under manufacturer warranty.

Bought a Fuji 27mm lens off them for my XT2 - was dubious as there's no info on the company elsewhere and the lens was incredibly cheap, but so far so good - delivered next day, all packaging looks legit!
