日本の3大メガバンクなので、どこでもATMがあって便利。
最近は店舗が減ってるので、店舗での利用はやや面倒ではあるのが事実。
ネットバンキングとVポイント関連は非常に便利だとは思うが、店舗数が減り続けているので★4つにしました。

手数料をなくしてほしい
一番のネックは振込手数料と現金引き出しの手数料。
他行への振込時、毎回とられるし現金下ろすたびに引かれてストレスです。
海外では手数料ないところが多いのでまだまだ遅れているなと。

カスタマーサービス
目的は簡単で、正式な異議申立書を送るために、カスタマーサービスまたは安全対策部門の連絡先情報を知りたかっただけです。ところが、1時間以上待った後、提供されたのは電話番号のみで、正式な苦情を提出するためのメールアドレスや郵送先住所は教えてもらえませんでした。ほかの顧客を守るためにこの詐欺を報告することについて質問したところ、あまり関心を示してもらえず、同様の問題の防止には無関心のように感じられました。
スタッフは電話で私のリクエストを受け入れてくれましたが、名前や詐欺の詳細についても尋ねられませんでした。書面での記録がないため、必要に応じて警察で使用することもできません。顧客保護よりも、手間を減らすことが優先されていると感じ、とても残念な経験でした。
