We’ve recently had a problem with our smeg bean-to-cup coffee machine and I cannot fault the service we have received. After sending a video of the fault, the machine was collected by courier, fixed and returned in perfect working order the following week. We were helped and kept informed throughout the process by Dan who I cannot praise enough!

I found it complicated to find the right support on the smeg website, but once there Dan was very helpful. My coffee machine was collected, repaired and returned without any fuss.

Our Bean 2 Cup Smeg coffee machine developed a fault - flashing light if the coffee tray was fully pushed in. Very weird. They arranged pickup, fixed it, and got it back to us very quickly. Thanks to Matt and Dan for their efficient help!
