I know it might be frustrating when something goes wrong with your Espresso machine but at least the returns policy and repairs are smooth and easy . Very pleased with the way it is dealt with especially Dan from the workshop who kept me updated, and has done so before.

My Smeg stand mixer broke after only a few weeks. Very disappointing. But the repair team (Dan) were excellent as they kept me informed at every stage of the process, repaired it ahead of schedule and organised the return to suit my timetable. Thank you.

The G on the SMEG logo fell off my sisters BRAND NEW coffee machine after 1 week use. It was bought at the end of July 2025. It’s been incredibly difficult to get back to someone on their website so having to leave a review here. The handle to put the coffee in is also extremely stiff. Not what’s expected for something that is obscenely priced.

Can't fault the service I received with the repair of my coffee machine - from reporting to receiving it back fixed - it was one week, which was brilliant.

I had my expresso machine repaired by the Smeg team as a part of my 2 year warranty. Amazing service, the machine came back as good as new!

Absolutely excellent customer service, and work done by SMEG engineer (Ross) to repair my range cooker recently. The cooker is well used and needed some aged parts replacing to get everything working again. Ross got the cooker working like new, and was so kind, fast and efficient. I ordered a spare glass front for my oven in the past too due to an accidental breakage, and also got excellent service by SMEG who had to bring a replacement one from Italy for my model. My cooker is quite old, but SMEG still enable me to continue to use it. It is a lovely cooker made to last. I love it.
