Very good and helpful,explained everything to us as to what he was doing and what the actual problem was.Couldnt believe how quickly he came to see us.
Would highly recommend to everyone as he certainly knows what hes doing and definitely doesnt overcharge.

This is the second time we have used Smiths. This time it was to sort out an issue with our French Windows lock. They attended quickly and identified, sourced and installed the necessary part at a very reasonable price. Working perfectly. Friendly and efficient serice. Recommended.

I arrived back in London at 10 pm last night to realise I didn’t have the key to one of the locks on my front door. I first rang a company that quoted £49 (scammers that have a very genuine looking website! Watch out for them!). On reading the reviews of the scammers while sat outside my front porch, luggage in hand, on my own, with 3% phone battery left, I was very shaken and frankly felt very vulnerable; reviews on Trust Pilot mentioned the £49 guys were menacing and aggressive, with reports of people being threatened and charged £1000+ to drill through and essentially break entire doors down. I decided to cancel the call out with the scammers immediately and rang Smith’s Lock Services. Tyler got to me within 15 mins of making the online payment. I think he could tell I was nervous…

Tyler was excellent: very reassuring, advised that we should try getting into my property through an alternative door as the door I was locked out of was a deadbolt and therefore very tricky. He identified my best way in (via different door). He was patient and talked me through what he was doing / methods he was trying, plus what tools he was using. He tested the lock both internally and externally after he finished unlocking the door, waited for me to check I could get my front door open from the inside and stood outside with his torch until he was assured I was indoors safe, with all my doors locked, before driving away. Proper hero! And I was very happy to pay what I did.

Quality, trustworthy service - especially with things like doorlocks/security, and for women on their own - is rare to come by. And I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Smith’s if you’re ever in a sticky situation.

I got alignment problems with a few doors in my house. The doors are old and it turns out they required a lot more time and efforts than expected, but in the end the gentleman fixed them, and did not charge any extra time. I am a very satisfied customer!

5 star in every way. I locked myself out after hours and they got to me within 10 minutes of my call. No damage, checked my ID, and genuinely trustworthy and friendly.

We live in Belmont village near Sutton. On the early hours of 3rd Feb 2024, we accidently closed our flat door leaving the keys inside, as a result, we were locked out. One of our local friend shared Taylor Smith number (part of Smiths Lock Services team) who reposonded to our call, enquired about type of lock, door and requested to share the pics. This helped him to assess the level of challenge.

And he arrived to the location in 15 mins. Upon arrival, first thing he did was the full verification (asked for proof of address / photo id) to make sure we genuinely live in the property.

He managed to opened the door in less than a min without any damage to the door and lock. And the charging was reasonable too for such emergency service.

Pure professionalism, trustable service and highly recommendable for property related lock services.

I have used this company before for a problem with a door lock in another property. I saved their number as I was impressed with their prompt response and professionalism. I have since moved to a new property and needed to change both front and back door locks. I called this afternoon and they arrived 30 minutes later! Both locks changed in a very short time! Clearly they are very knowledgeable and as prompt and professional as before. Hopefully I won’t need locksmith services for a while now but their number is still saved if I do! Highly recommended

My partners Van was stolen with his Carpet Cleaning Machines, lot's of other items, including his front door keys! So he had to have his locks changed, I can relax properly now, with our secure new lock and key, we are Feeling Nice and Safe Again!

I have to say the guys were amazing. I called this morning as tried to unlock my front door and really struggled as the lock broke. They were here within a couple of hours and replaced the lock with an upgraded one. They were concerned for my safety being in a 2nd floor flat and my only exit point needing a key. The replacement lock would now allow us to get out unhindered in the event of an emergency. Would not hesitate to recommend on all fronts. Exceptional service, price and knowledge from these guys.

Was dealt with promptly when I contacted them for a quote. Quote was reasonable and they showed up on time and did the job really quickly. Really easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Good company, professional, efficient and informative. Had a lot of patience with me and my lock replacement needs with the issues involved they really helped me figure the best thing to do and what locks etc would be best. Constant updates throughout the process, even before they started work as I was away when the work was required. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them. I wish all companies took the care and consideration over their work as Smith’s do.

I called Smiths Lock Services late Sunday afternoon as my UPVC door wasn't locking. Tyler arrived very promptly and replaced the lock, he was very polite and professional I was very happy with the price and work and i would highly recommend him.

The Yale lock on my front door broke and for security I needed it replaced asap. Smithslock Services were recommended via a local social media site. Justin asked a few questions about the type of lock I had and was able to confirm that he had one to hand and could be with me within 30 minutes. He was very polite and professional. The lock was replaced quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Fitted new lock next day and very quickly. Would recommend!
