Good fast and friendly service from everyone involved. Goods meet expectations.

A quick and efficient installation. And when there was a problem (not a manufacturing problem - change in weather) they came out the next day to sort the problem, and very quickly sorted!

The standard of work was first class right from the salesman all the way through to installation. After the work was finished any rubbish was removed. Would highly recommend them.

Your response to my complaints is quite frankly full of lies and very unprofessional.
As an expert in your field, you gave me a quote excluding scaffolding, because you said it was not required, but after the survey the static building had suddenly enlarged itself and became bigger than what was originally erected.
I will like to bring to your notice that the contract you gave is null and void because there is no contract number included therein therefore should be void.
I have emailed you several times asking for my deposit back, I called several times too, with your staff member laughing at me over the phone.
The last time I called, I was told my file was missing, and he promised to call me back when he gets hold of my file, I am still waiting for that phone call.
Your explanations are so laughable, your quotation was £4500, then the supposed add on quote is more than the original, that simply says you don’t know what you’re doing or this bogus quotes are meant to lure people into your deceitful web.
Remember I have a copy of the original quote, NO CONTRACT NUMBER, WHICH THEN MAKES IT VOID.
Please send back my money you have not worked for it.
Surely a single visit from the surveyor does not cost £1000.
No one should buy into this company, there is no integrity.

The window fitters worked flat out until everything was perfect and cleaned up nicely too. We are very happy with the windows that were installed.

Good product and very well fitted. Did not like the initial price haggling.

I had a father and son team that replaced windows and back door.
they were very polite and completed the work and a timely manor and cleaned up after themselves after they had finished in each room leaving no mess at all.

My windows were rotting away, but now I have lovely windows. Scott came and over two days replaced seven windows. He was tidy, friendly and patient - bit of a mad house here (teen/nan = noise) but he was amazing. Replaced the sill in the bathroom too. And got me out of trouble when I stuck some brown tape on one of the windows temporarily. Five stars to Smiths Glass - brilliant windows, and amazing people.

We have used this company for 10 years.windows fitted.doors and guttering.we have always found them helpfull and very efficient would not hesitate to use them again.

The glass for bifold door got shattered, the customer service was top-notch from the moment I called Glass Smith till the day they came to repair my double glaze. The gentleman that repaired it on the cleaned after himself and gave some good advice regarding my bi-fold door.

We had 9 different sized windows to replace as the seal had gone on them and they had condensation on the inside of the glass.
Smiths gave us a very good quote with a discount for letting them choose the week when the work would be done.
A chap came and measured up to ensure that the correct sizes were made up and to assess how each window could be replaced (from the inside or outside).
The same guy turned up on the agreed day and did all 9 windows within an hour and a half. He was very efficient and courteous and there was no mess to clear up. Excellent work.
