I purchased a falcon pipe ,the price…
I purchased a falcon pipe ,the price was £52 it's a disgrace
My first purchase the pipe split and was given a credit
My second purchase the stem split at the mouthpiece
I decided to buy a Falcon thinking it would be better but it's like a mini version, probably worth about £5
I was given a free delivery code which failed to work
It is very unlikely I will be buying anything else from this company ,my reply from smoke king basically said it was my fault because I ordered the goods.
They then said I could return the goods at my own expense dispute giving me a free delivery code that did not work
Vicky appears to answer everything, and denies any responsibility
Avoid them at all cost, I will find a reasonable company in future

Terrible customer service, they lied to me.
I ordered a box of cigars a week before my wedding with next day delivery, package was delayed, phoned smoke king, they said they would send another one out as wedding was 2 days away now. They didn’t send them out, I phoned again 2 days later to be offered the same thing. I informed them that they offered me this 2 days again and no one sent them out. Got a refund, smoke king keeps asking me to review so I will. Don’t trust this company, terrible customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for both the delay to your order and the way your delivery query was handled.
We have listened to the call recordings and can confirm that you contacted our customer service team on 10th August to report that your parcel had not been delivered. Following this call, an investigation was immediately raised with DPD to establish the whereabouts of your parcel.
Unfortunately, when a parcel is reported as missing or delayed, we are required to allow the courier time to complete their investigation before we can provide a confirmed outcome. We appreciate that, given the importance of your order and the fact it was for your wedding, this process fell short of your expectations, and for that we are genuinely sorry.
We can also see that you contacted us again on 12th August, at which point you requested a full refund. This was promptly processed in accordance with your request.
We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the cigars were intended for such a special occasion. While we appreciate that this experience has left you with a negative impression of Smoke-King, we would like to assure you that the delay was caused by the courier network and that we did investigate the matter as quickly as possible.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and we hope you had a wonderful wedding day and future together.
