I have been a customer since they first opened their shop in Leamington Spa. Being new to vaping at that time, the staff guided me through the products and set me up with all that I needed.
Now living in Kenilworth, I still use Smokey Joes exclusively.
Their customer service is exemplary, and I am pleased to remain a loyal customer.
Cannot rate highly enough.

Savings and service 10/10
Recently had an issue with my account but the Smokey Joe’s team were quick to resolve. They have even added tasters to my usual order and it’s now saving me money because I preferred the new one. Thankyou Smokey Joe’s for the savings and service!

We're sorry to hear this Mr Sharpe. We have always charged a delivery fee on orders under £20. Even though Royal Mail have increased prices annually, our delivery fee has stayed the same for quite some time now.
