Advertising as having stock they do not have on ubereats, after which you cannot cancel the entire order

Ordered from smokin griddle gidea park food was late it took 50 minutes to deliver , on opening the bag food was cold chips were inedible, burger was cold over cooked burgers small amount of cheese , the whole order was over 20 pounds and we could not eat anything, unable to contact shop to complain will never order again

This place came recommended - but after my first visit, I wouldn't recommend it to a pig!
I visited their shop in Canton Cardiff a few days ago.
I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes..I could hear someone in the rear playing a game on a phone, so I tapped the counter & someone yelled, give me 5 - the man that appeared was disheveled & sweating profusely, his hair looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks, yuck!!
Which almost made me walk out!
..I ordered the Classic - I waited another 17 minutes for my burger!!
What I was served was nothing like what their menu showed & THERE WAS A PUBIC HAIR IN THE CHEESE - instead of two burgers there was ONLY ONE BURGER, there was NO BACON?? VERY LITTLE CHEESE?? NO TASTE OF MAPLE & no BACON AND A TASTELESS BAP & one extra thing that I hadn't ordered, A PUBIC HAIR, in the cheese..even the ketchup tasted mega acidic - cheap!!!
- £11 stolen!!
* ...I have attempted to contact SG management - but they haven't responded???...I'm going to *CARDIFF COUNCIL & the ***SRS/Shared Regulatory Services & *TRADING STANDARDS next - maybe that will grab their attention?
THE OWNERS ARE OBVIOUSLY ONLY INTERESTED IN stealing MONEY - they haven't responded to a single message I've sent OR post of complaint, like this - "DAYLIGHT ROBBERY"

(THE SRS WILL HOUND YOU)..IF ANYONE WANTS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SCUM LIKE THESE - then the SRS is your best bet to complain to!!
It was placed inside a tin foil tray better suited to a Chinese meal & wrapped in a paper bag - I wished I'd looked inside the bag before leaving the shop.
I HAD TO GO OUT OUT LATER & BUT A KEBAB BECAUSE I NEEDED MORE FILLING UP.

Whilst I was sat at a table waiting for my burger, I noticed how dirty the tables were - looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while..dried on ketchup spills still visible on the sides of the tables is a giveaway about how well they maintain cleanliness - these people obviously don't & I won't stand for this - (I've been a food producer myself in the past) & still hold a current Food Hygiene Preparation Certificate.

Swansea shop is horrific. Ordered online and was told to expect delivery in an hour. Two and a half hours later and still no food and the shop had shut - not that they were answering the phone before that! Just as we had given up and were on the way to bed, the delivery driver turned up at nearly midnight (shop had shut an hour before), with an awful attitude, no apology other than to snap that we lived so far away from the shop so what did we expect (it’s a 20 minute drive, tops). The food was truly awful, completely inedible and everything went straight in the bin, apart from the sundaes, which were poured down the sink as they’d clearly melted hours ago. Emailed the manager and got ignored. Save your money and go to McDonald’s.

Ordered from Uber eats app nearly 1.5h again rang restaurant 3 times no answer , can't seem to get any updates on the order and no answer from the restaurant. Terrible service and waiting times.

Food arrived cold un edible, rang and spoke to a staff member who advised my food was cooked within 10 minutes then sat for 45 minutes before being collected by a delivery driver shocking customer service from staff how can you send out food that has been sat for 45 minutes after being cooked would advise anyone not to order from here very poor!!!!

Lovely food and has nice smokey flavours all the food comes together like a puzzle.

Goood fooood gooood atmosphere and even better staff literally couldn’t have done any more

Order was over 1.5 hours to my door, missing items. Food was cold and burger buns fell apart due to soggy. Staff not trained well. Manager is a joke, told me he was to busy to listen to my complaint. These people need to be named and shamed. I spent £30 on my order i would have got better service and better food elsewhere.

I definitely won’t be going back here, I had already given a second chance after bad food. I have ordered today and the burger is overdone and burnt , and the milkshake is now in smaller cartons so total rip off, and the milkshake was totally melted

I waited a hour for my order and was very disappointed with soggy fries which was freezing cold.

Ordered online and after waiting nearly an hour and a half phoned and was met with a surly response by the stroppy got who answered . Food turned up cold, will never order again, stick to McDonald’s!

100% the best burgers around, the burger patties were cooked to perfection. They had the perfect amount of crisp to the patty and the juices were just on point. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try one of the best burgers around.

I ordered the Duo which comes with 2 milkshakes and upon delivery the straws were already put in the lids which meant they were exposed from the restaurant to my door. It also meant that the person who was pushing the straws in the lid handled the straws with their bare hands. This is not hygienic, it doesn't follow covid standards and is not acceptable. I contacted the restaurant to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant to the situation and there was no resolution offered. Establishments such as KFC no McDonald's do not provide their straws exposed for clear hygiene reasons.
