When the bike racks are full, there is no way to return the bike but they keep charging you.
Compare that to the AMBici service (available OUTSIDE Barcelona only) which has better bikes, better service, bikes can be returned even the rack is full etc.
Get your bicycles fixed and do better. Also if anyone is stuck with a broken bike and cant put them back in the station - try lifting up the front wheel and dock them. As for the customer service at bicing - rather than following the ‘protocol’ try to understand someone’s problem first and help them fix it - that would save a lot of time for everyone

Me and my friend wanted to rent some bikes cause we’ve seen everyone riding on these bikes. First of all we got confused within the 3-4 different apps referring to this bike company. When we found the right app, it was very complicated signing in and it asked for our email around 6 times but never moved on so we had to give up. Waiste of our time and really sad..
Very poor quality of bicycle. The break does not work, electric bicycle aren’t electric very often which make twice difficult the trip. On top you have to wait 10 min to get a new one if you need to replace the broken one.
Not worth it, buy yourself a bicycle.
