SMUD Website Complaint
I wish that SMUD would add the current billing date range to its website. And that date should appear on most every page. Also, every webpage that displays a graph needs a fix. When I hover over a bar on the graph a pop-up box appears with data relevant to that bar. However, that pop-up interferes with the graph and needs to be moved off the graph to allow us the visibility to better see the data. For years now I've been asking for simple upgrades to this funky website but nothing ever gets done. This makes me think that SMUD management is not at all truly committed to improving its customer service.
