Faulty Motocaddy Trolley Cover
Purchased a cover for my Motocaddy Trolley unfortunately the zip broke within the first 10 days. I have been in contact with Snainton Golf who are trying to arrange a replacement but nearly 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting!

At the time of your request, we unfortunately did not have this item in stock, so Motocaddy arranged for the replacement to be sent directly to you. Due to the high demand for these items, there was an unexpected delay with the shipment.
We completely understand that this is very frustrating, and can only offer our apologies for this. We do hope this experience will not deter you from shopping with us again.

Excellent & Seamless service
I required a replacement Lithium battery for my Motocaddy trolly to replace the current one which had failed in a cloud of smoke. After doing a search and price comparison with Motocaddy I found Snainton golf offering a replacement at a far more competitive price so I immediately placed an order. My new battery was delivered to my home in less than 24 hours and once charged had my trolley back up and running ready for my medal round this weekend. Absolutely exceptional and seamless service. Cannot praise them enough.

Ordered footjoy golf shoes
Ordered footjoy golf shoes, instruction for delivery driver to leave them in a specific place but were left at the front door and stolen. Not really had any communication since other than to wait 6 working days for a response ( which has now passed). No refund or replacement offered, but was told I could purchase another pair if I wanted.
Prices are very competitive, shame about the service!

Excellent, and very efficient service
The team provided excellent and efficient service.
Despite mis-communication in ordering, this wasn’t a problem, and another Powakaddy Trolley was ordered immediately, with keen pricing and no fuss.
Delivery was outstanding, with good updates, and care in delivery by DPD.

Replacement balls…
Realised that it was time drop the Prov1 ball for a one more suited to my swing speed. And opted for the Taylor made tour response one instead. Went for the 4 for 3 offer. As usual from order to delivery was only a couple of days. I use Snainton regularly because of the great service. Give them a look you won't be disappointed.
