Deeply unpleasant experience. Tried to get 2 members of staff to do a simple job, which they pretended was impossible. Tried contacting Snappy Snaps customer service. Complete waste of time, as they can't be bothered to reply. Went back to branch another day & job was done without any problems.

Jenish did a great job of making a photo clearer on the computer.

An order placed with another member of staff had issues, but Ivan stepped in and completely rectified the problems. He was helpful and thorough, as well as working quickly enough to keep any inconvenience to an absolute minimum. We were impressed with his friendly professionalism.

I gave a lot of phots from my children's childhood to copy- both photos and negatives.
I was made to pay more than was told me initially. The quality of the copies was poor. Disappointing and I shall not use them again.

I needed some specialist pictures done at the Reading branch. The results were first class and the staff were helpful, courteous and professional every time i visited.
The pictures look fantastic on my wall.

I have frequently used Snappy Snaps at Clapham Junction . Wow the staff are amazing.
Always ready to help, give advice and are keen to support their customers anyway in which they can.
I have always been very impressed by their professionalism and their good judgment is to be applauded.

Issue with order, customer service when I rang the store was very bad. The store does not appear to care about quality control as long as they get their money. I would avoid at all costs. Many cheaper alternatives online that have a much better quality of product and service.

Evangelina was very kind, thoughtful, caring, considerate but above all professional at all times. Highly recommend this place and if you get the chance to be served by this amazing photo specialist you wouldn’t be disappointed I promise you.

From the get go the staff in this store were rude. The prices for a single Polaroid was £4.99 which was a significant jump from the 0.69p price I had paid the day before at another branch, when I asked the staff she told me I should go back there if this price was too much. They then proceeded to continue talking as I was asking for help. Instead of giving me a Polaroid imagine as I was promise they cut out different size images and told me this was the only Polaroid style they do. When I mentioned I saw them cutting the image they proceeded to say they didn’t before changing and saying this is all they do.
I would not recommend the lewisham branch of snappy snaps as the staff are rude and pushy and the customers are misled.

Went to the Snappy Snaps branch at 111 Kingsway, London WC2B 6PP following passport photos from Max Spielman being rejected due to poor quality printing. The gentleman was wonderful. (I didn't get his name unfortunately). 5* service and the photos were accepted by the embassy. Thank goodness for this wonderful little shop and it's equally wonderful staff. Thank you for turning my very stressful experience with two young children in to a positive one.

Finally submitting a review as my attempts to contact have been met with silence.
I submitted 3 rolls of colour 35mm film, 36 exposures each, and a roll of B&W to the Guildford store in May 2022. They informed me at the time it could take up to 3 weeks to develop, which was fine. I awaited a phone call to tell me when they were ready (I ordered digital copies only). I received a phone call on Saturday 25th June, 1:52pm, saying my film was ready. I was away at the time, and did not receive this until I got left a further voicemail on Friday July 1st reminding it was ready.
I went in to collect the photos on Wednesday July 6th. I was given a CD and digital copies from the Black and white film only. The lady working said she couldn't find the other 3 rolls of film and told me to come back another time after she'd 'pulled everything out' to find them. I left and awaited contact.
I went back in a week or so later, querying this again. They still couldn't find them. A different lady this time looked, and then took my number and said she would call with an update after checking with the manager 'who tends to throw things away'. I was shocked at this but left without being able to do anything further.
I never received a phone call. Another couple of weeks later, I revisited the shop and reminded them of the situation, after which the same lady as last time said she wasn't sure, they couldn't find them, and to instead contact head office.
I have done this, on two occasions months apart, to no avail. None of this has ever been met with sympathy or regret, let alone reimbursement or compensation. I had not made further attempts sooner due to ill health. But it's appalling service, would never use again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from the manager from Welwyn Garden City. She is a liar. Please please do not use this shop.
I expected the refund to be the amount WE AGREED which was only £7 (I felt should have been £14). She now will only refund me £3. I spent £49 on having 7 slides made into photos, 3 of which were made the wrong way round. One she did correct, the other two WE AGREED would have a £7 refund, not £3 as she now has given me. The photos were for my Father’s funeral service which she knew. Obviously customer satisfactory is not her priority, pretty atrocious when all she had to do was refund the amount agreed, hence go somewhere else! Don’t deal with someone that lies.

Bizzare experience. Online system is very flawed would not recommend. Online order is taken but store doesn’t receive order. 1 hour turnaround time paid for. Re-submit order online, ask if store can expedite, asked to pay more money as less than 1 hour (although if I’d popped into the store I could have printed them there and then). As I’d already paid £20 for 5 photos to be printed I wasn’t keen to pay more and asked for the order to be cancelled and payment refunded. Advised I would have to go into store to receive refund. As I had placed the order online this seemed strange so I called customer service who arranged for the branch to call me to refund me over the phone. Next issue was that the online portal had allowed me to pay with my Amex but the stores card didn’t accept Amex… finally resolved but bizarre and painful experience compared to online competitors

I found the staff in Ealing to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The cards they printed for me were high quality, available on time and at a reasonable price.

I needed 4 passport photos. So I went into a branch and was told it would cost £16.99. I refused as I thought it was a rip off. I went to a Ryman branch round the corner, used my iPhone to take a selfie and printed 6 passport sized photos (adjusted on their self service photo printer) which cost me 40 pence! Yes 40 pence!

Hampstead visit on Saturday 9th March. Rude staff who were quick to close the store rather than serve customers. Lights out at 5:25pm - I was refused service to have more passport photos taken given I did not like the first set (that I had paid for ). Will not return and advise others not to use this store .

Good evening, I came into the Kingston branch today at 5:50pm to simply ask a few questions regarding pictures for a visa application and I spoke to a lady ( long mid length brown hair in her 30’s) I found her completely unhelpful, miserable face clearly didn’t want to help me as it was near closing time then a man stepped in on our conversation and was so rude it made me uncomfortable. I will now have to go to the surbiton branch tomorrow instead as I do not want to have to experience this again. Iv worked in retail for many years and this is NOT how you treat customers. Disgusting

I needed a rushed job of a DVD, and Caroline was amazing, she managed to do my DVD within a few hours. Really lovely people. Thank you Mohammed and Caroline...
