Although Snappy Snaps provides essential services professionally, some of the employees, such as Paige in the High Barnet branch, are not entirely professional- discriminate against and are not respectful of the privacy and rights of customers with invisible disabilites.

I went to the Taunton branch to obtain passport photos in preparation for renewing my passport. I had intended to then go to the Post Office for a passport renewal form but the young lady who took my passport photos patiently explained the process of using the photo code that was provided , along with a digital ( JPEG ) photo that was emailed to me as part of the service , to renew my passport on the Gov website. I was unaware of this and I found it really helpful . It was a very positive experience dealing with this company.

Ordered the items I wanted but would not allow multiple orders had to do single order and then go back and place another.
Apart from that good quality and price.
Would of given 5 star if had been able to place the whole order in one and not in se

Anna-Marie was exceptional in every way, thoughtful, patient & helpful from start to finish. I could not have asked for or been given more support. What a credit she is to Snappy Snaps. So many could learn so much from her exemplary customer service.

I’ve used snappy snaps a few times and they’ve always been really helpful but over the last couple of days they were truly amazing! I had to prepare paperwork and photographs for a court case I have. They honestly bent over backwards. Thankyou so much. X

Extremely helpful, professional and friendly service from the lady who served me today (passport and blue badge photos). I have to use a mobility scooter and she was again understanding and very helpful with me leaving the premises - there is a drop that is too large for my scooter's wheels. I nearly awarded 4 stars, since I feel that the shop should offer, perhaps, a small removable ramp that can be used on an ad-hoc basis, only when required. OWNERS - PLEASE NOTE.

Really disappointed with my product. My partner ordered a photo of me and my daughter on a heart slate for mother's Day. The photo print quality is absolutely horrendous and looks completely different to the photo supplied and the stand for the heart does not support the weight of the slate at all. For the cost of it the quality is disgraceful!

Thank you to Costa and the team at Pimlico who went above and beyond to get my Mother’s Day presents sorted. Thank you :)

Snappy Snaps Chiswick constantly offer top service. Just chosen a wooden frame for a painting; had help with size and trimming the painting; which now looks far more expensive than the £32.99 cost. Excellent service.

I sent an email with a sheet of pics I wanted printing to Snappy Snaps Chancery Lane. I hadn't assembled them to make the most efficient use of space, and expected to discuss with the staff when I got there, but I think what confused them is I sent the email saying "urgent to be printed today" and that I'd be in in ten minutes. Unfortunately, when I got there, they'd already printed and laminated them, and wanted £24 for it. They said originally it was £50 plus, so they'd given me a discount - but that led me to think, you gave me a discount without me even asking for one, so they must have known something was wrong here. It led me to think, there must be an "ask before you print" policy at Snappy Snaps, otherwise how can you ensure the customer will pay (and you could have printed out loads of expensive copies)? But if there isn't one, surely there should be? I have since reached out to Snappy Snaps TWICE to ask about this, but as of yet I have had no response.

I had an exceptionally positive experience with Beckenham Snappy Snaps. I recently purchased a photobook for my partner's birthday. It was a mammoth project involving over 4000 photographs taken over 6 years. The most daunting task was to filter out the best holiday snaps for the duration.
The manager spent many hours supporting me to collate photos and place them in chronological order, bringing the photo book together beautifully. I received a level of customer service which went over and beyond.
We will be eternally grateful to the manager for her patience and dedication; and for bringing our most precious memories together with so much thought and consideration. She's a true credit to Snappy Snaps.
I would not hesitate to recommend Snappy Snaps Beckenham to my friends and family.

recently visited the Snappy Snaps branch in Swindon and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The staff member, Diana, was not only rude and unhelpful, but also seemed more focused on her 15-minute break than providing service to customers. She literally told customers to leave because she wanted to take her break, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Her attitude was dismissive, and she showed no care or willingness to assist with my needs.
It's unfortunate to encounter such poor customer service at a place where you expect professionalism and courtesy. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure other customers don’t have a similar experience.
I won’t be returning to this branch, and I would advise others to think twice before visiting.

In a moment of madness, I purchased one of those build your own camera kits. Five hours later, I was the proud owner of a home made can TLR camera. I used it, and took the film to Snappy Snaps in Wokingham. I told Josh I wasn't sure what to expect, but it'll be interesting to see what comes out. Josh had a lot of trouble getting the pictures off the negative - not his fault. Josh worked hard at retrieving 18 out of 24 photos. Josh was really professional and friendly, and bent over backwards to help me.

Diana is an absolute credit to your company. I’m waiting for my photo to be framed. She’s serving 4 people at once and not flapping at all. She is kind to the children and patient with the adults. I’m a store manager for another business and can honestly say that you are very lucky to have her as part of your team.
Thanks for framing the anniversary gift for my wife, it looks perfect.

Fahad in the Chelmsford store was quite simply exemplary. So helpful, resolution focused and friendly. On this first experience, I shall definitely return to this Store and Fahad and indeed, the other lovely Customer Service Assistant. It is very rare these days to be in receipt of such excellent and friendly service, thank you very much, it made all the difference.

I’ve used Snappy Snaps a couple of times recently, The first time they were able to duplicate to a good quality photos that were over 35 years old, I was amazed at the quality and the speed.
Today I popped in to use their passport photo service, I was in and out within five minutes having left with four passport size photos snipped and a code valid for 30 days that you can use with renewing your passport online without having to upload a photo. They also check the photo that they snip on screen with the passport office website before they print it.. for Service for £14 this is clearly a winner absolute brilliant Service and the team member was absolutely fantastic.
Highly recommended.
