Just been in the Romford shop not impressed informed that they wouldn't even have time for me to use the self service machine to print a couple of photos since they are closing in four minutes maybe you should have a notice saying the can't provide a service from a certain time, rather than turn customers back once they are in the shop.

I've just come back from a trip of a lifetime in Aus and couldn't wait to get my disposable film camera developed. I received my we transfer within an hour to only find 16 images... snappy snaps have ruined HALF of my disposable film and blamed me. I called the shop and was told I didn't use the whole film and that's why the negatives were blank, although I can specifically remember taking pictures that were not included in the file.
Absolutely gutted about this as I can't share these moments with my friends and family.
This is the SECOND time they've ruined my film after a trip to Lisbon earlier in the year.
Safe to say I won't be returning here

Another shout out to the brilliant staff at Snappy Snaps the Drapery Northampton. Excellent experience there today again. Sharon did a photo shoot with my daughter, partner and new baby. The photos were marvellous and before they left the shop, my daughter and partner had the photos in their hands. Very busy at the shop too but the staff were brilliant (again) coping with all the different enquiries from the customers at the same time. Thank you!

I ordered a framed print online, but my experience at the store was disappointing. When I went to pick it up, the staff initially insisted that the print wasn’t supposed to come with a frame. After I showed them my confirmation, they admitted that the specific frame I ordered wasn’t available and hadn’t been in stock for a while. Instead, I was offered a choice of more expensive frames and told I’d need to pay the difference. Alternatively, I could take store credit.
Reluctantly, I chose a different frame and paid an additional £17. However, once I got home, I realized the frame didn’t suit the picture at all. I returned to the store to exchange it for something else but was informed that because the frame had been opened, returns or exchanges were not allowed.

Yesterday I went to Snappy Snaps Canary Wharf and I received an extraordinary customer service and assistance from Delina and Aneta.

I ordered an A5 hardcover photo album and what I received is nothing like what was advertised.
First, the album is supposed to be A5, but is an A4. The cover is shown on the ordering page as being fully covered by the image you select, but what I received looks like a binder with a smaller photo laminated on top of it.
The quality of the photos inside is good, but they even missed one complete page. All the photos are there, but there are two added pages with just white paper.
I'm not sure the website is misleading or if there was an absolute lack of quality control, and now I'm afraid I have no time to order something in time for Christmas.
Edit: The store quickly replied to my email and I got a refund one day later. Although the product wasn't what I expected, the way they dealt with the issue was perfect.

I don’t normally leave reviews but Went into the Chelmsford store today and they was really unhelpful. If you walk down the road and go to Blue skys printing situated within the inside area of the meadows they are so much better and give lovely helpful customer services. AVOID this place at all cost.

I would give 0 if that option was available. I was appalled by the service received today in the Hampstead branch of Snappy Snaps. I wanted to complete an order wrth £60 online but could not find a way to edit the pictures (mainly from colour to BW) so made the effort to walk to the store where I was told by one shop assistant (I did not ask for her name but she had a foreign possibly Greek accent) that she would have had to CHARGE ME for TELLING ME WHERE THE EDITING FEATURE WAS after her other colleague was also clueless as to how to access the same. It goes without saying that I will cancel my order and never ever go back again to that store.

I had two poster prints created by Marlow Snappysnaps on Saturday. Although extremely busy, Vicky gave me a very pleasant, friendly and efficient experience. The prints were beautiful and I’m extremely happy with them. This was all done while she looked after others in the shop. Thank you Vicky! I was very impressed as service like that does not come along often. I will definitely be back to Marlow Snappysnaps! Very happy.

I went in shop in Romford yesterday, was served by a lady called Rachel, she was very helpful and patient with me, I didn't know how to print off my photos, she was very professional and did a great job of putting my photos in frames for me also. I cannot praise her enough,. I will be returning to shop in Romford before Christmas to have some more photos done. I would like to thank Rachel and her colleague a lady I think called Becks for doing a wonderful job. Signed Bridie

Taking advantage of people.
Woolwich branch.
Just to print 4 black and white passport photos they charged me £16. I had the copy of the photo, sent by Bluetooth them. Meaning to just print 4 passport photos each costs £4

£18 for passport photos that are rejected for poor print quality three times in a row. When this happened a few months ago I went back to the store in Wandsworth Southside and they just reprinted them and then charged me for another set that I needed i.e. didn't offer me a discount for my trouble or huge inconvenience having to resubmit for passport application. Now I have just been advised that the next two sets will be rejected due to print quality resulting in having to buy emergency passport. I thought the ridiculous price would buy some quality but it does not.

I went to the store in Dalston Kingsland today, and can I just say it was such a horrible experience. Very rude and racist, felt very Islamphobic. I have been going there all my life for quick emergency pictures, whether it's for passport, IDs etc. It was all fine. Until these two white men that work there started interrogating me for what passport and what's its for. When the lady I used to go to always knew the usual 4 picture I get. The two men which were there today, were very rude, and don't know how to treat customers. In front of everyone with a loud voice shouting 'WHICH ONE, WHICH ONE'. Made feel very little and uncomfortable. They are very mean and don't know how to treat other people.
