Purchased a shower panel that was delivered late, when I opened it, the panel was badly damaged, I informed SNH about the issue, sent photos of the panel still in the packaging, They blamed the supplier and said they had contacted them, I have no evidence of this, The next day, with no explanation, I received a long list of T&C's, basically saying they would refund or replace the product.
Avoid this company and ignore there low prices

Item arrived day after the order.
I emailed the supplier before I paid to make sure it was in stock and that it would be dispatched on payment.
So a thank you to Ryan who assured me that it would be.
On the negative side, the courier, APC, were not professional with regards to the delivery as they did not follow the delivery instructions & decided it was fine to leave the goods outside by the car

Very impressed with the service and prices.

Ordered Flavel gas fire from here the price was best I could find and delivery was on time.However the product I had ordered was not up to standard.
Now the sign of a good company is when something goes wrong how they deal with it.Well all I can say is that Flavel where next to useless and I definitely would never buy any of there goods again,but snh chased them up time and time again till I got something that was acceptable and they never failed to keep me informed.
I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a heater on a Friday with next day delivery.

There was no tracking number on the document and the office is closed at the weekend, so I waited in all day Saturday for nothing..

Emailed to ask for a tracking number, never got a reply.

On Tuesday received a card saying that the heater had been left with a neighbour.

I'm happy with the heater now that I've got it, and the price I paid for it, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
