"Extremely Poor Quality Clothes"
I ordered clothes from the Snitch app, and the quality turned out to be very disappointing. One shirt tore after being worn only three times, and the fabric of a pair of jeans started to fray within just three months. Such poor quality is unacceptable, especially at this price point. I would not recommend this app to anyone

I had placed an order online, received it but returned it because I was not happy with what I ordered. I requested for a refund but did not get my money back after 2 months of talking to customer care and e-mails.
I narrated my ordeal to a friend, he said what else can you expect from a company that goes by the name SNITCH

I had extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience with Snitch. I ordered one SLENDEASE CREAM PANT - CREAM / 38 in June 2024, and received the product on June 10, 2024. Unfortunately, the item was damaged upon arrival.

Following your convoluted return policy, I returned the damaged product, which required waiting an additional 2+2 days for the return process. My product was finally picked up, and the replacement was dispatched on June 14, 2024. However, the replacement I received was not the product I had originally paid for.

I had purchased the pants specifically to use on June 15, 2024, but now I have to raise another return request and wait another week. This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. To add to my frustration, your customer care executives were unhelpful, indifferent, and rude, lacking basic empathy.

While Snitch may offer good products, your business principles and customer service are severely lacking. I will not recommend Snitch to anyone and will actively discourage my circle from using your services.

Really bad service, I got torn shirt, and when I tried returning, the request failed again and again, I am stuck with 1500 shirt of no use.

Casual shirts are okay okay type. Not that much appealing. Looks different in the reality. But no worries. I returned the product

Overall Shopping Experience is good. The varieties and the product designs, I really liked it. I have there joggers which is really nice. The color is not faded away
