Ordered a small blanket and toy for my son who has trouble sleeping due to various testimonials and recommendations. Would have ordered a bigger blanket but they were out of stock. I'm glad I didn't. Haven't heard anything in 3 weeks, my money was taken but no further communication. I have sent emails to the main email but nothing, and the phone line posted on the website doesn't work. Very disappointed all round

Lovely blanket and speedy delivery. We bought the weighted blanket for our son who struggles to get to sleep and was getting out of bed multiple times in an evening. He loves his blanket, which makes him feel "safe" and keeps him in bed. (We are still working on techniques to help him get to sleep, but having him stay in his bed has transformed our evenings.)

I bought the snoozzzy weighted blanket for my grandson who got out of bed every night and would go into Mum and Dad he absolutely loves it but unfortunately it hasn't made any difference to his getting up he goes back to bed quite happily and snuggles down under his blanket.We hoped that after time it might make a difference but not so far.

Bought at weighted blanket for my 15 year old daughter. Went for the large kids one rather than an adult blanket because she loved the dinosaur pattern. It is a huge hit and she uses it on top of her duvet or when she is studying or watching the TV. Not a cheap product but good quality.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from snoozy - I cannot fault the quality of the weighted blankets and the gorgeous selection of children’s designs. The first time was a straight forward online purchase but this time I needed to contact direct and Louise couldn’t have been more helpful.

Absolutely love our snoozy for our complex needs child. Sleeps with it every night and loves stroking the soft cover that is also washable which is so important for a child being sick regularly. Lots of comments from people that have come in asking about the blanket. Lovely.

I can’t tell you how lovely this company is. Product and customer service. My 10 year old son wasn’t sleeping. We couldn’t pin down why and a weighted blanket was our last resort. My only regret is that I didn’t buy this sooner! The removable, washable cover is genius. Our dogs love it too!!! Thank you!

Bought a Snoozzzy before lockdown so apologies for this late review. Our daughter has loved using it as an alternative to a duvet. It was just the right weight for her and we have 2 covers. It has certainly stood the test of time and both covers still are in good order, even at a 20degree wash.

Purchased a weighted blanket in Mar 2020 and had no problems with delivery. I had concerns about size and weight how to use the blanket and contacted them via facebook. facebook com/snoozzzyblanket Response was good. Have further purchased additional covers from them with no issues.

Fantastic blankets and amazing service. Really easy to use website and ordering process. Autistic son is overjoyed with his new dino blanket and it's so comfy to use!

You have asked for a review but I haven’t received the order yet! Unfortunately you have used Royal Mail who don’t send any information about delivery and so I missed the delivery!

Quick delivery, beautifully packaged and high quality blanket. I’d been wanting to try a weighted blanket for my 3yo for a while but was struggling to understand the proper way to use them. This was the first website that I felt gave really clear guidance on that. My wee boy loves his blanket and it’s so far so good on helping him feel settled overnight! Worth the money 100%

After quite a bit of researching into the best suited weighted blanket for my 10year old I chose Snoozzzy and I'm so glad I did.
At first I had some reservations because at it seemed overpriced compared to many others on the market but the reviews stood out for me on Snoozzzy. I ordered the blanket weight correct for my son by following their simple instructions and ordered a spare cover too.
When the boxes arrived both my son and I were super excited. Inside was a beautiful wrapped blanket with its cover AND an gorgeous owl soft toy. The cover was easy to put on and tie into place and felt gorgeous on both sides.
My son has special needs and since getting his blanket he is sleeping through every night in his own bed. The pains in his muscles are much less at night time since using the blanket so we aren't having to use as much pain relief either.
It's a big thumbs up from us. I will definitely be recommending this company to others and using it again as my son grows.

Excellent. Question about stock was answered almost immediately and very clear about when the stock would be in. Arrived quicker than expected and excellent quality. Cover very soft indeed and beautifully packaged. My 11 year old is delighted.

Item quality is good and delivery time came exactly as advertised.

I purchased this item to see if it helped my son settle to sleep, as we are currently working towards an ASD diagnosis. It hasn't made any difference, but that is nothing to do with the quality of the product and we still love the product and use it in place of a regular blanket now anyway.

I had a few issues with getting the product delivered, but the owner has responded and explained and the blanket has arrived. It is very good quality and my son loves it.

Ordered on April 9th. Website said 3-5 day delievery. Still nothing. Have not been able to contact them via emai (yet to have a reply) online chat (seemingly no one actually works on this as never had a single adviser respond) or via telephone which rings and rings until going to the generic EE voicemail!!! Is there anyway to actually talk to someone about my order?? I'm starting to wonder if this company actually exists. I would not recommend purchasing from this Company as you literally have no way of communicating with them.

Blanket arrived today.
Louise made contact with me after my initial review to explain the difficulties that led to my delievery being late and why I had been unable to contact the company.
The blanket arrived today and I am very happy with it. Appears to be very good quality and exactly as I had hoped it would be.

Ordered on 27th March and still haven’t received my order. I was informed there was a delay with the order (after I made contact after one week of not having a despatch notice) that there was a mix up with a recent delivery and the weight of blanket I ordered wasn’t in the delivery. I was informed that as soon as it came in, my order would be sent next day delivery. I received a despatch notice on 19th April but I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed and tried the live chat facility through the website, but have received no response. When spending just shy of £90 for a product a month ago, I would expect better service and communication if there were delays.
