Ordered a blanket 10 days ago. Got a confirmation email but not received the blanket. They won't respond to my emails, they won't answer their phone or respond to voice messages. Not impressed.

Updated- They did get back to me eventually explaining supply problems and gave me an alternative product. Just would have been nice for them to respond and keep me in the loop.

Easy ordering, speedy delivering. Lovely product - good quality, lovely soft covers. Bought to help my son sleep, and has made a difference to bedtimes already

I bought a weighted blanket for my 11-year old son who has struggled with sleeping for years now (restlessness + overactive mind).

Since having the blanket, his sleeping pattern has greatly improved - he falls asleep faster, does not wake up in the night and wakes up in the mornings raring to go.

I was hopeful that the blanket would help a little, but hadn't imagined that it would have such a positive effect on him.

The blanket itself is very well made, comfy and ever so soft. And Louise is great with customers, very responsive really keen to make sure

I was hesitant but honestly the number of times our daughter has climbed into our bed in the last 5 months is in single figures. It used to be every night!

Purchased a blanket for my daughter who has sensory needs and sleep difficulties. What a beautiful blanket. The customer service is second to none and it is packaged wonderfully. The quality is great and it's so very soft which is what my daughter needed. Sleep has much improved. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Will definitely be using again when we need to size up! Ordered this for my daughter whose a very bad sleeper she's 8. Still restless sleeper however she loves her weighted blanket also well made beads stay in their stitched pockets and the cover is removable and washable and very soft lovely materials

My little boy loves his dianosor weighted blanket. He sleeps so much better and doesn't get up in the night anymore. It's because he now feels like he's always got something snuggling him instead of mummy and daddy all the time.
Well worth the money and could not recommend this product enough.

Great product. My grandson is undergoing an autism diagnosis. This product is helping him get a settled sleep. He seems much happier in a morning and well rested compared to previously. Great that you can get cover for it too. He loves it.

Amazing! My four year old has been out of routine since being in lockdown and not settling at night. Someone suggested a weighted blanket so thought it was worth a go! Within a week she has been falling to sleep earlier and not waking as much in the night! Thank you.

My 7 year old had been feeling anxious at bedtime and we decided to try a weighted blanket. So happy we went with Snoozy. Super-grateful for the helpful and reassuring advice I received from customer services around choosing the right weight/size. The blanket itself is really lovely and great quality. The detachable cover is so soft and has a gorgeous animal print, both of which my daughter loves. She adores the blanket and says that sleeping with it is like being hugged. She has slept with it every night since it arrived and has not mentioned her bedtime anxiety again.
Cover washes easily. Delivery also swift and in a really good, sturdy box that I have repurposed! Top marks : )

I had a few problems with delivery but was sorted and was kept up to date along the way

My son has special needs and his main issue is anxiety. We ordered a weighted blanket and these are my thoughts....
First of all the speed of the delivery was brilliant. As soon as I opened it I realised it was of high quality. The packaging and information were great and easy to use.
The delivery included the weighted blanket and then the blanket cover.
The first thing I noticed were the tabs sewn into the cover in order to attach the blanket. These are genius! It keeps the blanket perfectly in place 👍
I’m really impressed that the weighted blanket and the cover are separate and that both are machine washable.
My son was very excited by the dinosaur design, and also by the weight before he had even tried it!
We had a little test (him in his den) during that day and he was so thrilled with it.
I was still a little sceptical for the night time. Simply because change heightens his anxiety, (I was dreading it a little).
Bedtime went well.... the blanket was still the highlight, so far so good 🤞
He DID take a while to get to sleep for the first night. Messing and rearranging and making excuses to get out of bed (quite normal), but when he did settle, he stayed asleep all night and slept longer in the morning.
The next night he went straight to sleep and slept through (quite rare).
He also struggles with homeschooling and so we have fetched the blanket downstairs to use during the day, for little breaks of comfort etc.
I’m really very pleased with all aspects, communication, delivery, high quality, design, texture AND practicality.
