SnoreRx is a miserable, greedy, and misleading company. I purchased a SnoreRx Plus product for her directly from the company. She was out of the country at the time. On her return, she looked at the packaging, and noticed a long list of contraindications for the product. As a result, she could not use the product. Nowhere on the website were any of these contraindications listed.

When she tried to return the unopened and unused product, the company refused as it was outside of their 30 day return policy.

Avoid this company and its products at all costs. They are not reputable.

I tried ordering the plus and somehow got charged for 2 regular ones. I called at least 10 times with no answer, left several voicemails and emails to cancel and no response Very VERY poor service. I am just returning them and unfortunately have to pay for shipping! Also, only place I used my CC online and I got a fraudulent charge on my card for $400 at Walmart.com the following day. DO NOT ORDER

Have attempted multiple times to contact via phone and email to inform them I received the incorrect device. Ordered a Snorex Plus and paid for a Snorex Plus;however, received the regular Snorex and it doesn't work. Want a refund.

I have never been accused of having a small mouth but this thing just does not fit in my mouth. Front to rear it is way too long so trying to keep it in my mouth would tear my mouth apart. So much pain trying to put it in that I returned it immediately.

I have another product that does not offer custom fit to my bite and it has lots of room to spare so there is no reason for this device to be so big.

Product works but it broke. I notice a major difference when using the device regarding snoring, but the clips broke on the back and I am hoping the company will warranty the device since it is under a year old. I called and left a message but some of the reviews here make me wary that they will not respond. Would rate 5 stars but the fact that it broke and I swallowed a small piece of plastic in my sleep is not good.

This company billed me for this device and never sent it to me.
They had said it was sent but tracings from the post office showed that it had been returned to the sender which in this case is Snorerx.
Terrible customer service and will not return phone calls or emails sent to them.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau this week.

Run the other way ! Everything said in the reviews is true. I have received, 5 weeks after my purchase an opened box. Returned it and there is no way the company will answer my calls or respond to my email. Dont waste your time this company a scam.

Bought snorerx plus. So many issues with this company. Absolutely horrific.
1st. They said they have a warehouse in Canada. That’s a complete lie. It was shipped from USA and it took over 3 weeks.
2nd. Try to contact support. Good luck. There is none and they won’t get back to you.
3rd. The product is utterly absolutely horrific. It’s so big that you will 100% gag. It’s a joke. You literally have no idea. Guess what? All reviews on their site are fake. I bought the product and I can’t make a review.
4th. If you’re able to keep it in your mouth (I guarantee you can’t). You won’t snore, you know why? You won’t be sleeping. You’ll be drooling, gagging, choking until you have to take it out.
I spent over 150 CAD and it went straight into the garbage. I should have listened to other peoples negative reviews. I didn’t. I thought the site was legit.

Beware of this company! Their sole purpose seems to be to delay responding to your inquiries, which triggers their return policy. I’ve sent multiple emails to them to call me, but they consistently refuse to call me back. Ironically, they claim to have called me when I know they haven’t. My firm records every incoming and outgoing phone call. Once I informed them of this via email, someone decided to call me back.

As for the product, one of the devices was a complete defect, and they even confirmed it. However, after that, it took them two weeks to respond to my email. They won’t refund you for any reason, so don’t waste your time trying.
My advice is document all your emails requesting them to call you, showing the timeline of them not returning your calls or being responsive and send it to your credit card company and file a dispute.

Having looked at various devices i decided to give this a try.
It seemed to work well for about a week, however the soft plastic which moulds to your teeth, quickly became loose and was no longer a snug fit. Within 3 weeks i woke up in the middle of the night to find the lower moulded section had detach from the hard plastic part. Once that has happened you cannot fix it. Good idea but really poor quality. For the money it cost, you would expect it to last longer than 3 weeks.

I was advised by my dentist not to use this as it will alter the alignment of my teeth so I’m returning it. Shipping was very slow so I asked them to cancel the order but they refused. Now, despite their “100% money back guarantee”, SnoreRx will subtract the shipping costs and handling costs from my refund AND I have to pay for the return post so you DO NOT get 100% of your purchase price, but much less. If they really believed in their product they wouldn’t penalize their customers like this. They are also very unresponsive and never answer phone calls.

The best over the counter dental device for snoring, but never lasts. I’ve purchased several units over the last year and sometimes they last less than a month. The moldable plastic expands after wearing, and eventually falls off the hard plastic core. I’ve woken up with the pieces separated in my mouth, and even in my bed when I wake up. Talk about a choking hazard.
The idea works, but the quality is poor and doesn’t last. I wish it held up longer.

Company does not refund 100% of your purchase price. You are liable for shipping costs, plus return shipping costs. They refuse to cancel your order. They are unresponsive and never answer phone calls. Product page is misleading--device will alter your teeth and is incompatible with braces.

Scam! They don’t even ship after taking the money. Oh they don’t answer emails either so don’t bother trying.

Money back guarantee is false advertising. I bought 2 products: one from snorerx.com and one from amazon.com. The amazon product actually worked and on the 20th day I returned the snorerx product with return receipt confirmation w/i the 30 days. They have the product and are refusing to refund the money. They don't answer their phone and customer service repeatedly closes my email ticket/inquiry saying 'it's been taken care of we see, thank you for contacting us.' Who owns this company? How are companies like this allowed to keep operating? What a scam. Their employees can't feel very good working for such a false company. In all my 49 years this is the first experience with such a misleading company. Do not buy their product.

Received the SnoreRx device and followed instructions for fitting. It was too big and very uncomfortable. I tried it for about 30 minutes and it felt like it was cutting into my mouth. I also thought it seemed rather flimsy and not well made so I returned it immediately for the 30 day refund as advertised. Upon checking on my refund via email I was told their return process takes 10 to 14 days to even verify receipt of the returned device. After this timeframe, they still could not verify receipt of my return until I provided them with my tracking information. They must receive so many returns that the intake process out numbers the sales shipments. Only after providing proof that my return was indeed delivered to their address, they managed to find my return package only to claim that I had returned an empty box! They obviously removed the device from my return package and lied about it. This company is a scam and they are thieves and liars. I had a feeling from the initial email regarding my refund that I was getting a run around and the victim of false advertising.
Do not buy this terrible product from this awful company! You will regret it! They have many negative reviews regarding their unethical business practices.

I suspect that SnoreRX is the same “entity” as SnorePRO and has ties to all the other anti-snoring devices that are pumped through Instagram. My experience is relatively the same as others on Trustpilot; company that lures in consumers with a 30-day “risk-free” trial then “backtracks” when a request for return is submitted, offering a 40% discount to keep the device. When I said no thank you, down comes the hammer with “we do not accept returns on personalized products” Huh? I didn’t buy a monogrammed bath robe, I purchased a medical device. Well, that’s just fine SnoreRx, SnorePro or whoever you are. The next call I make is to Visa and trust me when I tell you, my refund is on its way.

I am 100% disappointed in this company's false advertising. When you visit the snorerx website you will see a promise of a "money back guarantee." They tout "no risk" to the customer. That's a lie.

Satisfaction guaranteed it is not. I have thoroughly read and taken screenshots of 1.) the product page, 2.) the faq page, 3.) the checkout page, and 4.) the satisfaction guarantee page. On these pages, this company repeatedly claims it provides 100% money back guarantee at no risk but they FAIL to tell the customer there is a return shipping charge.

We all know that this is not a no risk situation. The customer loses money. Will this company reuse a device that has been in someone else's mouth?
Of course they will not!

I am expected to pay for the return of a product that snorerx will discard. How is that logical? That is not satisfaction guarantee.

This product did not fit into my mouth. I am a 5 foot 4 petite woman. Their website should warn people that this product is not suitable for people on the petite side. THAT would have saved me the risk of wasting money.
