placed an order on 1/23/23,sent it back on 1/5/24 still waiting for my refund todat:1/20/24.

Here was my experience 1) I received the product. It ripped within a week. 2) I sent it back. Weeks later they agreed to send me a replacement. 3) The replacement ripped within 2 weeks. Since they promise a 30 night trial, I asked for a refund since this product is not good. They said it had been more than 30 days since I had purchased it. Crazy. They had possession of my product for 3 of those weeks. They refused the refund, which is there right. It's my right to tell the world what kind of company they are and what kind of product they offer.

I can only presume that all the positive reviews for this company have been purchased. I ordered mid October, 2023. As of this writing, in mid November, I have been charged for the product and never received it. I have emailed their customer service email just to have it bounce back. I have called the phone number listed and left messages repeatedly. No one has returned my call nor have they refunded my purchase. They will never answer the phone. These people are thieves! Stay away!

The mouth piece was way too big on me. I couldn't even get it inside all the way. I returned it within 2 days after receiving it with the refund form. They claim to pride themselves on a 30 day money back guarantee yet you have to pay for the shipping and tracking to return it (and trust me, you better get the tracking because they first tell you they didn't even get it back when it clearly showed as "delivered"). Then it takes them over 2-3 weeks to even give you the refund. I've had to email them twice and still no refund. They don't even notify you when the refund is processed, you just have to keep checking your bank and contacting them. Such a waste of time and unprofessionalism. You can't create an account to even track these things. Terrible service, product won't fit if you have a small mouth, and good luck getting a refund! They must be getting constant returns if it takes them over 3 weeks to process a refund; RED FLAG. Don't buy from them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VitalSleep. They have different sizing and their customer service, guarantee, and returns process is phenomenal! SO MUCH BETTER than SnoreRx. Don't order from SnoreRx. You'll regret it!

They took my money and never delivered the product. I bought a SnoreRX Pro kit from Walgreens. I followed the directions, mailed in my casting and received an order confirmation. After months of no update, I reached out to customer service and was told there was a six month delay in orders. The six months passed and I still received no updates. All other attempts at reaching out have been ignored. It’s just theft at this point.
