Customer support questionable
Ordered few items from this shop. Delivery was fast!
I'm happy with most of the items i ordered, except for the snow goggles. They came with a duplicate replacement glass, so i had to return them back. So i exchanged emails with one of the employees (David), and he was polite enough to reply back and tell me to send the goggles back.
I returned the package 9-10 days ago, and David is aware of this, because everything is in the emails i sent to him, including the receipt of the package that was sent back.
No answer still, and i haven't received my money back for those goggles.

Bad service and broken products
First of all I emailed them asking about the lens that come with ski goggles. No response for a week...
Then when I finally managed to call them they told me what the lens are.
Cool, I decided to order. I pay the order and then 3 days later I'm getting an email that they forgot to ship the order...
I wait for another 5 days to get the goggles.
The goggles silicon on the rubber band (that holds them in place on your helmet) is melted and falling apart. The moment you touch it, it remains on your fingers.
I tried emailing them 6 days ago. No response.
