Unfortunate, bad experience!
Whether it's down to COVID-19 or something else, the whole experience was unfortunate given that it seemed like a good, reputable store.
I tried getting in touch numerous times via email or phone to ask for more information in regards to shipping as well as the product itself but could never get through on the phone, or via email. I only got an initial response in regards to a price match and nothing more. The messenger chat was unhelpful as well - I was just told to get in touch with the German store which I can't reach. Decided to just purchase my set of gear elsewhere.

My delivery were lost from the delivery service, but with a really friendly support from the snowbitch team i got my binding (last one) a week later.
