I tend to spend a lot of time in wool during the cold season and find merino the best for warmth. The products from Snowgum have been excellent quality, comfort, fit and value. Highly recommend.

Easy to navigate the website and fast packing and delivery.

Thoroughly frustrating web site. Unable to see what is in the cart. Was suggested to 'join the club' to see what is in the cart. Signed up. But still cannot see what is in cart without entering all shipping and billing details. I would like to go through what is in the cart first, before I decide to sign up or order or enter all my personal details. It seems like a lot of lost sales for a simple fix that many other websites seem to be able to provide.

Outstanding after care service.

One of the eyelets on my boots let go and Snowgum repaired the item at no cost. They also threw in a new pair of laces.

The boots are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

I couldn’t place my order because I couldn’t view what was in my cart.
The only I could see (1of 4 items) was the wrong size and I couldn’t remove it to then put the correct size in.
Now resolved, by looking on my PC instead of the phone.

I've been using using Snowgum equipment over many years including jackets, tents, boots, packs etc and have been impressed with the quality, functionality and price point. The staff at the outlet are knowledgeable and provide great service. Keep up the good work!

I bought the wrong size parka and fleece and sent it back and rang Jenny who was so helpful to change my order and add a few warmer tops. To my surprise my order arrived today less than a week to Perth!
The best customer service I've had in a long time!!!

Hard wearing, lasting, warm product as offered.

I purchased my merino pants & thermals half way through winter when Ross advised me this would be a good combination for our extremely cold house. They are certainly the warmest lower bottoms I've ever owned as they are 100% merino wool and gave me the 2 layers.

My husband wore his constantly as well, looking good on his tall slim frame with the fit not too baggy on him. They look smarter than track pants.

If looked after properly they will last years. Thank you Snowgum

I purchased an item from Snowgum recently. Unfortunately it was not suitable so it was returned. The return process was so simple and the refund organised so promptly that I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future and would highly recommend the company to others.

I was very happy with my recent purchases with one exception. Merino training singlet was not pure merino and that was misleading in the brochures. I would not have bought it had I known. Rosalind

Good gear at a good price and good setvicd

I have been buying from Snowgum for decades. Their products are well designed and well produced and last a long time. The people at Snowgum are special - supportive of their customers and respond in detail and integrity to any issues that arise. I have had only one issue with Snowgum products in all these years and the way they responded to my enquiry this week was beyond helpful. The best customer service I've ever received.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
POOR QUALITY Product

The customer service is extremely good. I ordered the wrong size Carson travel pants and they had no issues dispatching the other size after receiving my original order back.

Quality is disappointing as the previous pair of snowgum travel pants I bought in 2006 for around $150 lasted me til 2019 and I wore it almost every day and it made several visits to the dryer.

This one began pilling ridiculously within 2 months and a year down the track the holes in the pockets and the pilling is so bad that I will have to replace it now.

Would have sent back after the first lot of pilling but just never got around to it.
I had to write this review after reading the description on your latest catalog indicating that the material is durable.
