Love my puffer jacket especially the heating pockets

Great service! I ordered a top and bottom for lounging about the house due to COVID restrictions. Having used a lot of their gear in the past I was surprised when the pants pilled before the first wash. When I queried this, only asking if it would settle down with future washes, I was informed that they had an issue with the material batch in that product and I would be provided a full refund.

It's great to deal with a company that is responsive to even small details like this.

Very happy with my merino tops and a fleece jacket. Only improvement would be if they were made in Australia rather than China.

Purchased a twin downs women's jacket but returned as too small. Speedy replacement received. New size fits great in arm and waist length as I'm a plus size petite but the tummy area a little too roomy but this provides extra room for underclothing, especially during these cold months in Tassie. Had a concern about the jacket after wearing it approx 6 times. Emailed my concern to customer service, received a replay same day and issue resolved. Would recommend this jacket and would definitely purchase again from Snowgum.

My 3 items arrived within an excellent timeframe and were beautifully packaged. I'm very pleased with the quality.
I had ordered 2 items in the same style but different sizes so as to be able to choose the best fit. The return process was very simple and effective - posted on Monday and my bank account was credited on the Thursday ... incredibly quick.

Place an order and delivery in 2 days. My tops were all nicely packed.

The store is nice & close & easily accessible from our home. We have always found the staff extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Most times our desired requirements are met.
