After two months still no refund

After two months still no refund
I ordered a jacket which took more than one month to arrive, so i cancelled the order..its been two months now and they still have not refunded me and do not seem to intend to do it ever. They keep blaming it on DPD and saying they'll have to wait for the parcel to be back in their warehouse before refunding me..While taking no action at all, DPD made a mess of it but this company is the one responsible for their clients, the delivery of the packages and the money, which they seem to completely ignore..I do not have the financial means to pay for two winter jackets as i was forced to do now, really horrible for a company to rob you like this

received nothing and money is gone

I have ordered a backpack which had been delivered according to the delivery service. At the pickup point the locker was already empty on arrival. I have contacted Snowleader's customer service on multiple occasions and they refused to help me. They kept asking for documents I couldn't deliver (the documents they refer to in their response can not be completed and DPD informed me that I have already sent them all the information they need to start the investigation). According to the law they have to start an investigation in such situations. In the end, I'm empty handed and 145 euro poorer.

DO NOT BUY HERE!

Retour not accepted

My request for returning a product which is new in package (not opened) is not accepted.
When looking at the product it states that "no special returns" are applicable, so this was understood as a normal return ( with me paying the return cost is accepted). Sadly this is not the case.

This is shown in a small font on the product page and even in a hover over icon when ordering the product. But in the largest font possible it does say 60 days retour

Update: As mentioned it states "Product not subject to promotional offers and returns." Which can easily be understood as no promotional returns are applicable. This message is even hidden behind a pricetag icon in the shopping cart, therefor this is not clearly noticed.

On the return policy page there is a whole list of not applicable items, which doesn't include climbing gear. It's only mentioned in a paragraph starting with a legislative article that is incorrect as article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code doesn't mention PPE at all.

We would like to inform you that the mention ‘Product not subject to returns’ is clearly written below the price on the product page for items not subject to returns. You have ordered personal protective equipment (PPE : harnesses, carabiners, descenders, cams) which cannot be returned.
This information also appears on the returns conditions page and in our General Terms and Conditions.
You do have 60 days to return an item if it is subject to returns.

Good, reliable and professional store

Bought a poir of skis with bindings. Very nice online product offer at interesting rates and deals. They deliver what they promise, respond to product questions and deliver excellent quality. I'm a very satisfied customer. I can recommend Snowleader for your wintersports equipment!
