Hard to reach company
The webshop is very difficult to get in contact with. Ordered something that went wrong with shipment and i couldnt get a hold of their customer service. 3 stars instead of 1 since I did end up getting my money back, even though this took a very long time.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Delivery did not happen after 3 weeks of ordering and customer services don't reply to messages. This was my first experience and I won't use them again.

Tried calling and emailing, no response.
Chronopost returned my delivery a day early, and the item was sent back to the Snowleader address. The status is now marked as "completed."
How can I get a refund or my item?

My order got picked back up and returned to sender even though I went to the pick up point a day after the order arrived. I have tried to contact them through all the provided channels to no success. Have been on hold for more than 2 hours. Still hoping to resolve it as I need the boots I bought asap. Otherwise will have to get my money back and sort something else out, hopefully in time.

My boots arrived on time and they fit perfectly.
I am concerned, however, with the size conversion chart - I bought a 38 as usual, and the chart said this size was equivalent to a 6 in the UK and an 8 in the USA. Simply not true - 38EU = UK 5 = USA 7.

Impossible to get in contact with - delivery is late by more than 10 days, counting, o meaningful response. Doesn’t pick up the phone etc

This company is going into bankruptcy... Do not order!!!
Ordered and paid a back protection on the 13/01/2025.
On week later my order (5300007312) is still in status to be treated.
I tried to reach Snowleader through Mail, chat and call centre, but no reply through any of the channels.
This is verry unprofessional.
I case I get some feedback I'll adapt my review.
But my advice for now is to stay away from this company. You will never see your order or money back!!!

Customer service is a joke. website prices false
EDIT: Order arrived. They only sent half of it. The packing slip says they shipped all of it.
now I cant get hold of them to get them to send the rest of the order. I will amend this review if it is rectified satisfactorily, otherwise i will be raising a dispute for a full refund and reporting the business to the trades authority
Made an order for over 800 pound.
No delivery date.
The prices on the website were false. it advised to buy as a "bundle" to save money. I bought, then calculated the individual prices and I would have saved money buying separately.
I think spent 3 days trying to get hold of someone. Finally got "solenne" on the chat.
She immediately said that refunding the difference in price was "impossible"
So I asked when delivery might be. She said
"you were given that when ordering"
I asked her again to provide shipping info and date.
She replied "I'm not in the warehouse, so I can't tell you that"
I'm sorry but am I dealing with a professional company or a 16 year old girl who would rather be texting her friends. Still no update

Impossible to get in contact with
My parcel went missing during transport, I’ve been trying to keep in contact with Snowleader, after several emails (the email is nowhere to be found on their website - I’ve used the email I’ve got when I got the order confirmation), several calls (during busy times there are no call agents), several voicemails and hours in the chat online waiting to be connected and actually getting in contact with this company. No Succes unfortunately, do not trust this company!

The one star is for my experience overall, mostly reflecting my dealings with Snowleader's partner Evri (who in fact might negate ALL Snowleader's efforts to provide a good service). But they are your partner and you choose them to represent you.
I received my skis/bindings from Snowleader - (2200195546) from EVRI (Ref: HO3JTA0001052617 ) yesterday, but the 200 euro ZAG skins were not in the box. The box was torn COMPLETELY OPEN at the end, it would be very feasible for them to have fallen out. I have photos of the damage and a video of me opening the damaged box.
The driver left it about 600m from my house! Unsigned for.
I have tried to contact Snowleader and Evri multiple times and by several platforms to see if the skins can be traced/replaced. Impossible to get hold of either!! Up until this point, service from Snowleader was great, and they answered tech questions I had prior to purchase... dispatch was timely and all ok up until Evri took over. Snowleader's AI chat service and £0.09 p/m phone-line do not work unfortunately. I had hopes to give 5 stars, but it is quite impossible when a significant part of my £1000 order did not arrive and then no one will answer my calls, or chat live online to help.
I had ski boots in my basket to buy when the skis arrived; too risky to buy now with confidence and I suggest anyone reading this considers that.
Cause of easily avoidable anxiety!
