Beautiful site which is a disaster

Beautiful site, but the links or the next page doesn't work or stay grey. When trying to order it's one big mess.
Asked for help which I received, but instructions were very unclear, I was sent to a page which didn't exist etc. Sit really sucks. Took me days to get the order OK, and guess what... meanwhile the skis were sold to an other... just because I lost time in their messy site

Never received my order

Never received my order. However, this is DPD's fault because their service is shockingly bad. Customer service on Snowleader's part was fine. When a company works with one of the worst delivery services out there, I would expect them to have some protocols in place to get the parcel to the customer some other way... Frustrating experience.

Everything was OK

Everything was OK. The jacket Patagonia is perfect.
The only thing I'm not very happy is the time for the delivery ( too many days ). So if you are not in a hurry you will find a good purchase with Snowleader.

mixed experience

I bumped into a few quirks and inconsistencies on the web site, which were not quite re-assuring when it comes to ordering. But in the end all went well, got my parcel on time.

Jacket ordered

Jacket ordered, never arrived.
After a very long time I received an email demanding an affidavit, hand-written letter and a copy of my ID.
Unbelievable, they know the item never arrived, it said so on the track and trace-site.
Still haven't received anything, money back seems almost impossible, impossible to talk to customer service. One star, is one too much. Stay away!

Lost package, poor customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with Snowleader. I ordered a ski goggle in early January in preparation for the holidays, but it got lost somewhere during the delivery process. Both Snowleader and Chronopost were extremely difficult to reach, and many of the required documents were only available in French. Snowleader did not respond to my emails, and it was only after repeated phone calls that I was finally able to speak to someone. Even then, it took several more weeks before I received a refund.

I eventually got my money back in mid-April, but I am very disappointed with how the entire situation was handled. The level of customer service and willingness to assist was far below expectations. I went the entire winter without a ski goggle and spent an excessive amount of time trying to resolve the issue with Snowleader.

In situations like this, I believe a simple refund is not sufficient compensation for the inconvenience and poor service experienced.

Refund withheld for no reason!

Do yourself a favour and never order anything via Snowleader! I returned a defect product well over 2 months ago and still awaiting the refund. It's a scam!

Customer service also doesn't provide clear answers why the refund has to wait. Terrible experience

Unreliable!!

Returned items and after 4 weeks no refund! Contacted by reply form, no response as promised (waited almost week), called several times, no one picked the line. Left message in voicemail, no reply! Horrible experience and money seems to be gone….

I returned my order and it arrived back to Snowleader more than a month ago and I still haven't received any money back. When I start a contact chat there's no one available and when I email I don't get a response back.
