I called about my order which hadn't arrived. Due to the overwhelming holiday weekend, there had been a glitch in the system. A new shipment is now on its way. Expedited shipping since it's nearly a week since my order was place.

We have queen size hybrid mattress and 5 pillows...no one in the family complained about bad sleep. Considering changing each mattress in the house. Materials are high quality!

We knew, getting our latex mattress, that we’d want a mattress pad eventually. The Snuggle-Pedic fit our price range but was so much better than we could have hoped for! It really is the icing on the sleeping cozy cake.

I like that the body pillow is nice and firm but it is very heavy.

Definitely hasn't helped me sleep better but holds its shape and is easy to puff up. Better than a regular pillow.
Not sure it is worth it for the price but does seem like it will last so there is that.

This pillow is unbelievable , I had just purchased a " my pillow" and was very disappointed , so I was a little apprehensive about ordering another pillow on line. But wow , I luv it so I'm buying one for my great grandson , Eli .

The snuggle pedic is great and helps me with my back issues. I am waking up pain free.

The best pillows I have ever used. I sleep mainly on my sides, but sometimes on my back or stomach too. These pillows work great for any position I sleep in. They're soft and squishy, but because they're actually memory foam, they provide great support and don't feel like you're laying on a flat pillow.

I am very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service provided. I purchased these pillows specifically because of the option to return them if I was not fully satisfied. I gave the pillow a try for 3 nights. Every morning (and several times throughout the night), I woke up with a painful neck, back, and shoulders. I attempted to return the Snuggle-Pedic Original Ultra-Luxury Bamboo Pillow, but no customer service rep ever responded to my email. When asked by Snuggle-Pedic to complete a satisfaction survey, I was honest and also included my desire to return the pillow and not being able to because no one would respond to anything. Nothing came of that, so I left a review on amazon. Nothing came of that. So, here I am now. I am angry and exasperated. I don't have the money to just throw around like this. I had to buy a new pillow from a different company because this one was so bad, but I didn't have the extra cash to do that. Snuggle-Pedic needs to make this right for me. Until then, I'll just keep leaving these reviews so that hopefully no one else gets taken advantage of like I was.
