The body pillow is perfect and my boyfriend's mattress is a dream to sleep on. I would take it over my TempurPedic bed in a heartbeat!

Hands down; more comfortable than imitations from my favorite online shopping store. Body pillow, king mattress and king pillow. All amazing. My far too limited sleep cycle has become much more efficient.

This pillow is the best pillow I ever had. Both my husband and I love it and the support it gives is tremendous. My neck has never felt better.

I love my body pillow and the head pillow is awesome too. It is easy to reform and fluff. No complaints whatsoever.

I love our new bed! It's the right amount of soft and firm. This is the second snuggle pedic bed we have purchased, and I bought the most expensive one this time, and I do like it better. One feature that seems strange is that the sides aren't as firm as other beds, so it squishes when you sit on it. Thats okay with me though because I am always comfortable and able to get a good nights sleep.

Excellent pillows, I absolutely love mine, well worth the money, so far holds its shape and extremely comfortable.

The pillow just did not work for me. I thought by the ad it would but kept getting a headache. sorry, it just did not work for me.

We bought two pillows and liked them so much we just ordered two more for our son and daughter-in-law. We have tried several other pillows for side sleepers, but none of them worked well. We are getting better sleep with these Snuggle-Pedic pillows.

Like the pillow I purchased because I can adjust the fill to what I need. Also like that it’s made here in the US!

I received my pillow in a timely manner. But the pillow itself smelled moldy. I thought it was maybe just the smell of the filling but it was not. They send an extra bag of filling to make the pillow more firm if desired and the two smelled completely different. It smelled like it had gotten wet and they had put it in the plastic bag wet. It was nasty I called and complained and they said to Try putting it in the dryer (I did and it still smelled) then they said to send the pillow back. And they would replace it. I had already thrown the box away so I just threw the pillow away. I do believe that without the smell the pillow would have helped with my migraines the firmness was good but the smell was unbearable. I give the pillow 2 stars and customer service 0 stars

Products are good. The worst customer service. Does not respond to emails or answer phones. Does not respond to negative reviews. Does not respond to requests for assistance with order, or send confirmation of warranty registrations. They claim a 20 year warranty, but the service as a new customer leaves much doubt that this would ever be honored. I regret this large, what I consider to be an investment, purchase! Please beware if you are considering this company!

I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Their pillows and mattresses are absolutely phenomenal and they make it easy. No worry about going and buying a bed or hauling a bed, it comes right to you!

This last purchase smelled like chemical and other foul smell I cannot really describe further. I could not wash it cos it did not have the zipper unlike the first ones I bought. I called the customer service about this and was adviced to just exposed the pillows.. I tried that. And still have that weird smell.. i never reached out again felt like it was going to waste everybodys time.

My husband has gone through about five pillows in the last three years, looking for that perfect fit. I finally ordered the medium weight bamboo pillow (like one I’ve been using for the last four years and LOVE) from snuggle-pedic. He loves it and has been sleeping MUCH better ever since it arrived. It took a day to open up since it is squished when sent via mail, but once it fills with air it is much bigger and fluffier than I would have expected. When it first arrived, I must admit I was disappointed because it didn’t look terribly comfortable, but never fear, it is PERFECT. I can highly recommend these pillows.
