This pillow is so comfortable and great that I could fill to the firm level I need.

Dead shoulders and horrible neck pain, barely recovering from it, tried talking to management but every time I called the same lady picks up and randomly tells me false info. Been looking at the Dr and see what my options are, this pillow ruined me and it still hurts. Legal action? Depends on what my Dr say, would've been a lot easier but horrible employees that try to sweep this under, can't get through to no one, zero. Highly do not recommend this pillow, poor service, painful product.

I love my mattress pad! My current bed developed a valley, but I'm not ready to purchase a new one. The Snugglepedic mattress pad fixed the problem and is super comfortable!

I recently ordered a suggle-pedic and it's a wondetful pillow I also had extra fill.
I slept on it for over thirty days a discovered I needed a little more support so I called customer service and spoke with a very nice representative and ask if I could get some extra filling she said yes and it would be about 5-7 days to receive it, the filling came within that time framed put into my snuggle-pedic and now my pillow is perfect., so thank you snuggle-pedic and for your great customer service.

All I can say is theses are the best pillows I have ever slept on period!

Pillow is comfortable but I wasn't overly impressed. It was smaller than I expected. I am satisfied with the firmness.

Pillow didn't live up to its reputation. Used it for 5 nights with a neck ache each day. Then when I returned it with confirmation that they had received the return, it took 3 weeks to get money refunded. No thanks!

I have been very please with the 3 bed pillows and the body pillow that I purchased from Snuggle. I will probably buy 2 more pillows in the near future.

I would give five stars for your customer service. You have excellent customer service. However, since I'm reviewing the pillow, I have to say I'm not a fan of the pillow. It goes flat no matter how much stuffing I put in it. I had to add all the stuffing so it wouldn't go flat, but now it's not cushy - it's very firm. It's a nice concept, but it just doesn't work; and for the price, I won't be trying again.

I am only writing about my ordering experience as that is all that I have done so far. While the site has some great navigation tools (menu at the top of the screen), it is hard to figure out if you have actually been redirected through the selected link or not. Once it drops you on the new page, you first have to scroll down to find out whether you are in the correct place or not. That was a little confusing because what you see is the ever-changing picture at the top of the page, which looks similar (it might actually be the same one) on each of the pages regarding at least 2 different types of pillows. Additionally, it would be nice and far more convenient if the extra pillow case that is available for a separate purchase price, could at least appear either at the bottom of the same page as the pillow it fits (as in customers buying A also buy B) or as a check box on the specific pillow's ordering page (check here if you would like to purchase an extra pillow case for an additional $$$). Finally, when there is a message at the top of the home page that says Free Shipping on every order, once you have gotten to the point of entering buyer & payment information, it is confusing to see a line that looks like this: Shipping TBD in the box under the subtotal and other fees/taxes. Although after you enter your name etc. and click to the next section the word Free appears instead of TBD, the confusion has already occurred, and it could have been totally avoided if it was excluded. Having said all of that, it doesn't change the fact that the pillows I ordered have some great reviews on this site as well as on Amazon, and I am looking forward to receiving my new pillows and hopefully waking up without neck pain and a headache.

My original Snuggle-Pedic purchase did not meet my sleeping needs. However, Snuggle-Pedic's exchange policy made it easy to exchange it for a customizable pillow. Although your ad claims that your pillow is beneficial for ALL sleepers, it does not work well for me as a hard core side sleeper; in my opinion, it is better suited for back sleepers. However, sleeping on my back means that I wake up during the night w/the driest mouth ever. That being said, I still think your customizable pillow is great & I will continue to "work with it" in an effort to meet my sleeping needs.
