I fairly recently ordered some perfume which arrived very promptly, with all packaging in tact as so with the content.

I had no Customs charges added for which I was more than pleased.

From start to finish I have no complaints and can recommend this company and would use again.

Perfect transaction, service and packaging.

Great quick service. All genuine although unexpected that product was shipped from outside U.K. But arrived quicker than my U.K. order for similar products. All packaged correctly and sealed in branded packaging at a price point far lower than our Rip-Off chain stores charge (online that is). Cannot recommend enough for savvy shoppers that don’t like to be fleeced and simply pay more for no good reason.

I will never buy another aftershave from so called trusted U.K. retailers again when you can save 40% from Sobelia.

I am a first time customer purchasing from Sobelia and I have an order for one bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male that I had ordered on Feb. 4. I purchased the order and get a confirmation number saying my order has been shipped and then the email says I will get a link to track my package. When I didn't receive a link in the next day or two I knew right then this was not good. Still I have no way to track my package and here it is March 1st and my purchase has not arrived and no email from this company to give me an update. I have checked my bank account and I haven't got any refund or anything like that. This is partially MY fault for trying to save 25 dollars on a bottle of cologne when I could of had it from macys in 5 days and I wouldn't even have to worry if it was a sketchy bottle. The only reason I purchased a fragrance from Sobelia was because all the other discounters I use were out of stock with the product I wanted and I jumped the gun on my latest purchase from sobelia.com. Fragrantica.com actually directed me to use this site, SHAME ON FRAGRANTICA. I have ordered several bottles of fragrances online and I have never had a problem like this. There is no excuse for it taking this long for my order to arrive. At this point I don't even want the fragrance, I want a full refund!!! I won't ever use this company again.

No product after 1 month and customer service awful. If you would like your product delivered on time if at all do not use this website, use a real fragrance supplier.

I ordered some perfume for my wife before Christmas which unfortunately didn't arrive in time. I contacted Sobelia to find out where it was and was told it had been held up due to the UK leaving the EU, all completely believable. A little While later Sobelia contacted me to say they could not say how long it would be for me to get my order and offered me a full refund if i wasn't prepared to wait. I received this refund pretty much as soon as i replied to say i would like a refund. Sometimes its not just how good a company is in delivering but how good they are when they don't deliver. I will use them in the future.

I haven’t ordered from Sobelia before and made an expensive purchase (for me) the perfume was cheaper than elsewhere online and I was a bit nervous to order from a company I hadn’t used before. My parcel was damaged when it was first sent out however sobelia quickly identified this and sent another, I contacted Tatiana through the live chat to ask where the order was in the process and was incredibly responsive and helpful, when she said she would email me an update she actually did which never usually happens! The perfume arrived safe and sound and Tatiana even emailed me to check it had arrived with me on time. Great customer service and product is fab! Will be ordering again from here thanks so much for the celebrity service!

Excellent service

After complaining that I thought the perfume I had ordered didn't seem right, Sobelia very kindly agreed to send me a prepaid label to return the item, and they refunded my money in full.
This all happened in a short time scale, so overall I am very happy with this company.

Have bought twice. Discounts superb for genuine article. Great brands that are otherwise not affordable. Highly recommend

Good value product, but dispatched in just a padded enveloped. As a result the outer box packaging arrived damaged which is not ideal when buying perfume as a gift.
