I spent so much money and time buying from DIY retailers sockets and switches that don’t measure up to our existing but elderly ones that need up grading or replacement. Finally I have found the right things. Highly recommend.

Cannot agree with previous review. They were very helpful and showed me options I had not considered of how I could achieve the Victorian style I wanted in restoring the cottage, with different priced ranges. Went with cheaper range in the end as look was more what I was going for, prices were as good as elsewhere plus received very helpful advice. Items arrived on time.

Ordered sockets and grid switches. The prices were an absolute ripp off. However the client decided to go with it. It says 7 days delivery...... after over a week I've received an info that it will be dispatched within 2 days. That did not happen. No info from them about delay ...... customer was fed up. When asked for a refund , they said with a sarcastic tone ..... good luck finding it elsewhere.......! Avoid at all cost

Excellent customer service.
I ordered 5 items and when delivered 1 was damaged. I sent an e-mail to the company and within an hour someone had replied and ask I send a photo of damaged goods. Photo was sent and again, within a short period of time I received an e-mail confirmation that a replacement was in the post.

Goods have since been delivered and all in order.

Well done to the company.
