Ordered 7 sockets and 2 2 gang toggle switches on 7th December. By 17th they had not arrived. My wife rang company and was assured that someone would call her back. They did not. She left a message via the contact page on their website. Again, no response. She called again on the 18th and spoke to a chap who was quite abrupt and made it clear he had been disturbed. He assured her that the items would arrive by the 22nd. They finally arrived on the 24th, or so we thought ... it stated on the delivery note that the toggle switches would be arriving at a later date. It didn’t specify when. My wife called again on the 30th and the lady, who said she couldn’t help her, assured her that she would get a call back. We are still waiting!
It’s such a shame at the total lack of customer service as the sockets, antique copper, are really nice. We have ordered these for a client so your lack of customer service is making us let down our client. Thank you! Since purchasing I have read the reviews and the negative ones are down to the abysmally poor customer service. I have purely given 2 stars as the items are good, so far.

Awful communication and customer service. Emails went unanswered. There was no proactive communication regarding late delivery (5+ weeks). I got fed-up, and cancelled the order, getting the items elsewhere. Sockets and Switches ignored the cancellation and sent the items anyway. It now expects me to pay to return them!

really pleased with the products i ordered from sockets and switches, items are very high quality and are better than half the price i would pay for something of lesser quality locally. International order filled, shipped and delivered in a matter of days, even with a global pandemic. Very impressed with Gary and the team. Will be using these guys again for my next project!

The products are good, but all of them can be sourced from other people. What is lacking here is customer service. Almost impossible to speak to anyone in sales - you always end up "through to reception" and they can only pass on a message. Promised at least half a dozen call-backs that never happened. No communication at all regarding order status or delivery - items just turn up with no warning. One order never arrived at all and have had no success in chasing it up. Have now given up all hope of ever seeing it and have cut my losses and ordered from someone else. Would never use again nor recommend to anyone.

Superb quality sockets, well worth the price. Quick delivery. A search facility on the site would be nice. Will definitely buy again.

After looking everywhere with no luck for switches that were in keeping with my Art Deco interior design I eventually found your splendid website.
I ordered a good quantity in Polished Chrome and I couldn't be happier.
They have really put the finishing touch to my rooms and my friends have already commented on them.
The quality is second to none and the switches flick on with a solid click and my electrician says they are the best he's ever fitted! High praise indeed as he is 65 and been an electrician for 40 years!

A very pleasant transaction - extremely high quality switches although they took a while to arrive I can't complain as they are superb!

The product is unique (deco electrical fittings) as far as I can see so commands a premium price. Apart from that there appears to be no sensible reason for the very high price. Delivery was very fast.

My order was placed on the 27th February and due on the 10th March.
I spoke to Gary on 10th March at 9.15am to chase the order up as I had my electrician on site to install.He promised to get back to me. I continued to call and spoke to him a further 3 times and left 2 messages to find out where my goods might be?
I still have not heard a thing and am none the wiser as to when they may arrive?
Customer Service & Communication are what great Great companies are built on!
