I ordered the Kensington Range in Polished Nickel and needed quite a bit of assistance before I could complete my order.
They were knowledgeable and provided me with all the answers - I had to wait 2 weeks for my order to be made but it was well worth the wait.
Very heavy switches and completely different to the comparisons I found on other websites.

My wife loves the sockets after searching for the exact style. Now I can do something else!

I ordered and paid for sockets 9 days ago. I made it clear that I had an electrician coming last Friday and needed them. No email to say that the order could not be fulfilled. I telephoned on the Thursday and he said 'they are in the post' - this was LAST Thursday. I had to cancel my electrician and rearrange for him to come this Thursday. After chasing again by telephone - note I had to chase again - I was told that 'they are in the post and I will have them today or tomorrow morning at the lastest. I have now waited in for THREE days so not to miss the delivery and STILL I have not received them. Again I made it very clear that the electrician is now coming this Thursday (tomorrow) - I have not received any emails stating that the sockets will be delayed and the company has not returned any of my calls. They have no idea the disruption that this has caused me, the time waiting at home for the delivery and I am now having to chase round trying to physically buy sockets so my electrician can now carry out the work. I have had to cancel the order. It is bad manners and appalling customer care. I have never written a review before but I think the public should be aware of what has happened to me. Do not buy from these people.

It was such a relief to speak to a company that knows what they are talkng about. I had made a few calls to other sites and shops on-line with no joy what so ever before I came across Sockets and Switches and they sorted my problem out within 2 minutes.
The man on the phone knew exactly what I wanted and guided me through the products until I found the style I was after.
I was after such complicated combinations I was starting to believe the switches didnt exist until I found them listed on this website..

Always deliver promptly. Have replaced all of the plastic socets and switches in our house now with only on instance of a faulty wall socket. The item was returned for testing and replaced without a problem.
