Hannah on customer service was extremely attentive and helpful xx. My tracking kept coming up broken so she helped ship a replacement in a very timely manner.

Ordered socks in august for Father’s Day and they never arrived. Have emailed and they said they have been sent. Still haven’t come. Emailed again and said they would refund and send free socks. A month has passed again and no refund and no socks. Now they aren’t replying to any of my emails. Don’t use this company they take your money and don’t give you what they promised.

Another unhappy customer who ordered in August, chased three weeks later, was told they were sent, chased in September, no reply. Item still not arrived and it is October.

Ordered socks 29th August. I paid express. Still nothing received. Realised later this company is UK based.. why are you called AU sock smile when you arent based in Australia?? Thats misleading. Express wont mean express in my case.. Why even offer it in that case?? Wont ever buy or recommend them.

Bought socks as a birthday gift but I made a mistake with my order - my fault entirely. Customer service was excellent to ensure that I received a replacement order which arrived very speedily. Can't ask for better service than that.

Arrived on time and is the perfect gift for Mother’s Day.

I ordered the socks in February and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t arrived. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, via instagram, email and website, and i’ve been ignored each time. Really disappointed as I bought these as a gift for my boyfriends birthday.

This company has so many designs to choose from, the customer service team are extremely helpful and the delivery was next day! Will definitely be recommending.

I ordered the socks for a christmas present on December 7th but still have not recieved anything despite them telling me they would fix it. I’m really disappointed since i was so exited to give the gift to my boyfriend.
