Successful Christmas gift 🎁

I bought some socks for my partner as a Christmas gift. They arrived so quickly and were perfect. Exactly as l'd hoped. My partner loved them so much, he's shown them to all the folks in his office. Would totally recommend.

Amazing socks that came just in time…

Amazing socks that came just in time for the New Year for my partners bday. Hannah on customer service duty’s was extremely helpful and polite. Will be definitely be returning and recommending :)!! X

I too cannot understand the speedy…

I too cannot understand the speedy service accolade .. I ordered 2 separate pairs on consecutive days . The second pair arrived within a reasonable time not especially fast. The first pair , ordered on 30/11 /21 STILL are not here. I have chased and chased and was told on 22/12 they would go out express delivery it is now 1/01 and still nothing and no replies to my emails ..very disappointed and I will now have to pay to post it to the ex iPod t who has since returned home to Newcastle.. that is if they ever arrive !

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing! Arrived extremely quickly (which is a miracle being so close to Christmas). Images were clear and socks great quality. Excellent communication from James who was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Disappointed.

Disappointed with the service from SockSmile. I ordered on 1st December with express delivery and still received nothing. Reading below reviews regarding fast customer service, I just can’t understand as I’m not receiving speedy at all but maybe that’s because no one wants to deal with the complaints? I don’t know. Also still waiting for a refund they said they’d issue for the express delivery. Just so disappointed.

Great service and great socks!

Great value and looking personalised socks. There was a slight order mix up but after a message to customer service, Hannah was straight on it to fix the issue and replacement socks were received a couple of days later. I will happily order from Socks Smile again :)

Really impressed with the service I had with this company.Ordered socks for hubby with pictures of our dog for Xmas.Kept up to date via email re delivery.Unfortunately a slight issue with product when arrived.A quick message to customer service which was promptly dealt with by Hannah going beyond my expectations especially during this busy time of year!Replacement socks through the letterbox days later!Well Done!

Amazing - Definitely Recommend

Absolutely delighted with this company Socks Smile. Their website is easy to use and lots of choice. I ordered a pair of socks for my nephew aged 9. He had asked for a picture of his dog and my dog ! I enquired if they could do this. There is a little message box and within 24 hours received my reply. I made my order. Sent pics of the dogs. Had follow up email they were on their way and received them today. Very fast service and delivery. They are fab and my nephew is just going to love them. Would highly recommend Socks Smile. They certainly brought a smile to my face - can’t wait to see my nephews !

Great personalised socks

I am so happy with the socks I received. There was great customer service from Hannah because I wanted to know if I could have multiple faces - which I could! The socks are lovely quality, the pictures came out very well and they were also a great price compared to other similar socks. Thank you!
