My Bad Experience
my experience with this company has been bad from the start. I ordered some socks in August and they still haven’t arrived its November. Not only that but I didn’t receive a confirmation email, so it took at least five emails with the customer service team to try and get the email re-sent. I never got an email re-sent. I then emailed them a week later asking them To resend it again and whether they had shipped my parcel with a shipping number and I still haven’t got anything back. So firstly I have no idea what my purchase number was and I’ve had no help with locating where my parcel is. Not to mention that I needed it for a present in August.

Absolutely delighted with my item which was purchased as a stocking filler for my adult daugther. She'll love them especially with a picture of our gorgeous fur baby on them. Excellent customer service, rapid response to my enquiry and delivery. Hannah couldn't do enough for me, professional, polite and perfect communication skills. I'm so impressed I'll be purchasing again.

Absolutely love the socks great present idea, but very disappointed with the delivery time. It also took a significant amount of time to get a reply from their customer service department. The socks are perfect though and I would definitely recommend.
Don’t BUY HERE …
My experience with Socks Smile was absolutely terrible from start to finish. Took five weeks for me to get a pair, the first I paid for express delivery apparently ‘got lost’ in Royal Mail post. Then I was asking where they were customer services, again no help. And finally I feel like crying I got the socks today for a present for somebody, and they are absolutely shocking quality. I am very disappointed I didn’t trust the reviews that said don’t buy here!!!!!

Fabulous! I was a bit apprehensive after seeing reviews on this site about orders that took a long time to arrive or didn't arrive at all but mine came within a couple of days, they're lovely thick soft socks, great as either a heartfelt or jokey gift. Maybe slightly on the pricey end but you get what you pay for I suppose.

Order socks in August for Father’s Day…
Order socks in August for Father’s Day waited a month and emailed following up where they were. Emailed multiple times received the same response every time. In October I then emailed again asking where they were. Was offered to be sent another pair with tracking which I never received the tracking and it’s been well over two weeks. Have now received a pair of socks that are completely incorrect. Disappointing considering the website stated 7-10 days delivery. Will not be recommending or purchasing ever again

Quick, clinical, and great support
Amid the difficulties of the pandemic, they managed to ship my socks and get them delivered within the exact 7 days that were estimated. I contacted support to see if it would come in time or if it would suffer any delays. Hannah told me that despite postal services are experiencing a 300% delay on deliveries, it should. And it did! Hannah was fairly quick to answer and every reply was clear.

A very unique, funny gift in a challenging time. At first I was very concerned with the shipping of my product due to the pandemic and it did take a little longer than advertised. However, I spoke with Hannah over at customer service and she reassured me my order was on the way.
Waiting and waiting for delivery..
I had a confirmation email 2.5 weeks ago of dispatch for some socks for a birthday gift and they still haven’t arrived. I have emailed socks smile but have had no response back. Not feeling happy.

Order still not received within delivery guidelines. Seeing that these socks are generally purchased as gifts, there should be a disclosure on your website stating expected delays in deliveries due to covid. Many websites inform their customers of delays during these times when they are experiencing delays. I would have never purchased the socks knowing I wouldn't receive them in time for the gift. Waste of money!

They don’t send their goods with tracking numbers!!!! So I’ve been waiting for my socks for over a month with no way to see if they’ve actually been sent/been lost in the post.
