Late delivery!!

I ordered a pair of socks on the 17/06/2020 and today the 12/07/2020 they still have not arrived. They were for a present for a friend and the date has now passed a while ago.

Order not correct

Ordered some socks for father's day which have arrived on time but the order is not correct. I had uploaded two photos but from the confirmation email it appeared only one had been received so I made contact straight away and provided the second photo and was advised that it would be added to the order. It wasn't however they agreed to send the correct pair free of charge

Loved the socks and nickers

Loved the socks and nickers! Order took a long time to get to me (although was during COVID-19 restrictions). When the items arrived one of the images was not correct. I contacted the help desk and was impressed with their quick and understanding response. They were very apologetic and the whole order was re-sent. I am very happy with the product and have enjoyed giving some unique, quirky gifts! :)

Great gift idea!

Received socks with excellent quality and print, just had some issues with shipping but due to the current covid situation, this is understandable.

I received a very prompt and thorough assistance from Hannah (thank you again!) to sort this out. Very reassuring and transparent.

My socks were a gift from a friend, and i will definitely order from them again. Makes a great gift. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Good customer service

I've bought socks from socks smile twice now - the first pair was amazing and so hilarious! However the second pair was a lot darker and not as eye-catching as the first. I emailed asking if it could be redone, and the customer service (by team member Hannah) was very good and they fixed everything for me very promptly, sending me a new pair. Very pleased with the fast and effective customer service!

I placed my order over a month ago and…

I placed my order over a month ago and was told it was shipped on the 15th April.
I've sent 3 emails and haven't received a reply to any of them and still have no clue where my order is.
With no response from the company and nothing delivered, wouldn't recommend!

Really good service and product

The quality of the product is really good. At the beginning there was a misunderstanding, but I contacted Socks Smile and they solved the problem exceptionally. The attention they gave was really good. The delivery was so fast even though the difficulties of this coronacrisis situation. I would recommend the product to the people looking for a cool funny gift for someone special.

colour not as described

I ordered some socks for my husband for our second wedding anniversary. They came in great time but not as described. I chose the black socks which when they arrived they were a dirty grey with black toes and heels, Which highlights the dirty grey as no way near being black. I’ve read the returns and refunds policy and I must return the socks at my own expense and then they will decide if I will receive a replacement or refund, surely they should have checked the order matched their description before sending them out. They are in no way black socks as described on the website.

Wrong label

I ordered 4 pairs of socks for my husband for Valentine’s Day on January 30, 2020. On February 6, 2020 I received an email from a random person saying that her granddaughter had received my order. Apparently her information was on the package label, but my order and invoice was inside the package. The lady who emailed me said her granddaughter had never ordered anything from this company and was confused as to how they got her address. After emailing Socks Smile (on February 6, 2020) with the order number and issue, the next day Hannah responded saying she would have the order reprocessed. February 11, 2020 I emailed them for an update. The next day Hannah responded saying “Hey there Lauren,
Sorry for the delay here, your socks are still being processed as there is a delay in production due to our Valentines rush.

However, your order will be shipped from our factory today on an express service 😄​.”

I finally received the socks on February 17, 2020- 19 days after I ordered!

Socks still haven't arrived after 1 month

Hello,

I ordered socks on the third of January as a birthday present. The birthday was on the 13th of Jan. I was confident they would get there on time. The birthday has passed, the socks hadn't arrived. I got in touch with customer service asking where the socks where, as the royal mail tracking told me they were also still expecting the parcel themselves. Customer service told me the parcel must have gotten lost, they offered to send me a replacement which I gladly accepted. I was also promised those would arrive within 5-7 working days. Of course, this has been more than two weeks ago now.
I have asked for a refund, but the problem was blamed on royal mail. I find it difficult to believe that they would lose two parcels, especially as, according to the tracking number, the parcel never arrived at royal mail either.
I have now been offered another replacement parcel. Let's hope this one will find its way to mine.
Needless to say that I am very disappointed as this was supposed to be a special Birthday gift.
I am starting to believe that sockssmile is a scam!
