If I could give this company a zero…

If I could give this company a zero review, I would. Its not good business practice to send the wrong product and then tell you that this is normal if the color chosen of the product is out of stock - no warning just send the wrong product. THEN when asking for a return and refund to then ignore you. Nice work.

Do Not Buy From Sockz

Ordered a product emailed them to cancel the order, they didn't respond timely, there is no phone number and it was not canceled. Order arrived weeks later and did not fit. The return refund process is horrendous with them asking for ridiculous requirements for a return. Then I found out it had to be shipped to China at my cost for a $36 order. They would not send me an rma and only offered $7 for my inconvenience to not ship it back. Never do business with this piss poor company.

Thankfully, I was eventually able to recover back my money by filing through R STEX, but the lack of transparency and support was unacceptable. I hope this helps others make informed decisions.

Horrible!!

The company took forever to send the items from China (which is not mentioned on the website). They do not send the correct size. Customer service does not get back to you. You have to go through your payment option to get your money back.

Hell. Google promotes sockz

It's extremely wrong for Google to be advertising this company
I wish I had done another search on the store. They send to many emails. They don't respond to your request at all. I use a gift card to purchase. It took me months to earn that card. I made a big mistake. I need socks and I thought I was getting a deal. No delivery at all

These are the cheapest

These are the cheapest, low quality socks. Dont waste your money. The ankle socks have absolutely no compression and are so thin you can you can see through them. The knee high socks are more like tights. They wont give me the address to return them and have all kinds of policies why they cant refund your money.

I never received the goods I ordered

I never received the goods I ordered. There was NO indication this product came from China! that would have been a hard no for me. Multiple emails later, they still insist the package arrived. They sought to "prove it " with a strange alleged receipt by 17Track. They insist that I check with the carrier. And that the carrier submit a signed statement that they lost the package! this is a crude swindle!

This is the most deceitful company I've ever dealt with or did business with. They positioned themselves as a company out of PA and U.S. based. Actually, they operate out of China. Why is that a problem besides the obvious, it took 3+ weeks to get my socks and I paid shipping too. The socks were advertised as extra wide, size 11, and comfortable with no seams. All of the above were not true. Thin, tiny size for kids, no see socks. Customer Service provided no solutions other than a 10% off of my next purchase and I had to return the socks to CHINA? at my own expense. These people are awful and they operate under several names online.

Not what I ordered

Terrible customer service. They sent a product that was not what was described and to get a refund I would have to ship the socks to China and might get part of what I paid back. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I bought the socks. Do not use this company.

Poor Business Practices, Not Reliable

When the mail person came to my door with the package there was a $7 postage due on the package, I had already paid $8 for shipping on my order, so I refused the package and told the USPS to return it to sender!! Well that was over 4 weeks ago and according to the tracking the USPS has been unable to return it because the return address was apparently not a valid address !! I have emailed the company numerous times and sent them screen shots of the tracking info stating that I refused the package because postage due, that they are in possession of the package, but they are unable to return to sender because of the fraudulent return address !! The company refuses to refund my purchase until they receive the package in their "warehouse" and inspect the contents !!! Well they will never receive it because the USPS is unable to return it without an accurate return address !! The company knows I am not in possession of it, that it's their fault for not having a valid return address on the package, and why would there be postage due on a package I already paid for shipping when I placed the order to begin with !! I am in the process of filing a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money back !! They state "satisfaction guaranteed" well I am not satisfied !! All I've gotten is a big run around !! With the same stupid responses to my emails !! Do not trust this so called company and their business practices !!

Fraudulent business practices

Sockz.com engages is business practices that are against their posted policies and borderline fraudulent. I was shipped a pair of socks without confirmation or tracking that was not what I ordered. I attempted to contact their customer service, and they refused to ship me the correct item or give me a full refund with a prepaid shipping label to ship the incorrect item back to them.

I placed my order, it was delivered 2083 miles away.

I placed my order, they use some kind of 3rd party tracking company, lousy tracking. I live in southern Utah, package came out of China. Showed eventually that the package was DELIVERED IN SALEM, VIRGINIA. When I contacted the company, I had explained that tracking showed delivered in Salem Virgina, their response was item delivered, have a nice day. It took 4 more emails before someone understood the delivery was screwed up. I asked them to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. They said they can't issue a refund so I filed a fraud seller report with my card company, I forwarded all the emails and proof that my item was delivered 2083 miles away. Sockz them resent my order apparently to my address and to avoid my card company's fraud charge. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! I ordered a set of compression socks in early June. The company sent a different set than what I ordered. The company website email address is invalid. Finally at the end of June, received a valid email address and initiated with customer support. On 7/17, the company agreed to a 15% refund for the incorrect order (allowing 7-10 business days for processing). Over 6 weeks later and several requests to escalate, the refund still has not been processed.
