Efficient and reliable
Unlike my previous company, SoEnergy was easy to switch to and bills were easy to understand. I stopped using them because of a change of address and my final bill and refund of my credit balance was completed quickly and efficiently.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I joined in November 2020 and despite numerous emails, I have never received a statement nor have I had much response from them. They are happy to take my money every month, but do not provide much of a service.
So Energy poor systems and customer experience
Having previously reported about the demise of the So Energy customer experience and receiving a response that was not forthcoming from telephone calls /direct emails I again have to report the nonreceipt of this months bill even though their reply stated they could read the Smart Meters installed in November 2020. Today they compound the issue with asking me to read my Smart Meters. Have I missed a point here? Time to vote with my feet I think
