Refund nightmare

I bought a rather expensive bag on Soeur, a day later I was told it wasn’t in stock and I would be refunded, 5 days and I’m still waiting, customer service just told me it was my bank’s responsibility. Rang my bank, they said it’s up to Soeur to process the refund, I am annoyed that this site advertises items for sale that aren’t in stock. Take your money and now I don’t even know if I’ll get my refund. No help whatsoever, first and last time using Soeur, very poor customer service and selling items that aren’t even available, I feel scammed !

I am a Soeur client since many years,

I am a Soeur client since many years,
I love the products.
Honestly the return procedure is not so easy and I don’t like the fact that there is not a customer service telephone support.
Besides this it has been an average experience .
Was expecting something better from this brand

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service.
My return was delivered to Soeur on 15th April, and despite chasing several times, I am still awaiting a refund.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. It was my first and last purchase. No communication regarding my order/possible return and missing item within the package. What is more, very negative experience reg. return policy. It's a pity they invest so much in influencers and not into customer experience! very dissapointed

Excellent!

I had a great experience at the 88 Rue Bonaparte store location. So there’s no doubt in my mind that ordering online (french website) will also be a breeze.

I ordered a bag from Soeur from the French site, not the UK site. Everything went smoothly. I ordered on 11/09 and received the item on 11/13. Shipped from France to the US. I was updated on the status of my order and I was able to track the activity. The item was well packed. The product is beautiful. I highly recommend!

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps they’re for another vendor with the same name or the Soeur UK online store just has poor customer service?

Non existent customer service…

I should have checked this site before ordering from this store. I purchased a pair of shoes one of which was extremely scratched. I reached out to them 3 days ago to see if I could exchange for another pair. Have not heard anything back from them. Most retailers world have responded by now. I'll stick to ordering from stores I know have good customer service like matches, APC and 24sevres.

I'm not too hopeful I'm going to great back from them anytime soon and will contact visa to dispute.

Sub standard delivery & customer…

Sub standard delivery & customer service. Soeur’s online delivery process delivered to an incorrect address, which was nowhere near my address. Customer service email does not respond within 72 hours . It actually takes them over 2 weeks to respond

All good

I was really worried about ordering here because of the terrible reviews but ended up having no issues. Delivery to Germany was very fast and the return worked perfectly. I forgot to add my invoice to the return parcel but the support was helpful and my money was refunded after just 2 days.

The only issue was with the intense chemical smell of a denim jacket I ordered. I‘ve never had this issue with denim products before and ended up returning it.

Other than that, I was happy with my experience.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM SOEURO CO

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
Please do yourself a favor and never order from this merchant! They are a complete fraudulent and scheming company that will make you believe your order is being processed (after you provide them a copy of your photo ID, a signature, and a selfie). They charge your credit card and you will never see any of the items you have ordered because they simply will not fulfill them or provide you any tracking information. There customer service is horrible as they never answer the phone number provided. It will disconnect you only for you to call back and have the same thing happen repetitively!!! You can email and they aren't responsive, you can try to e-chat and they never respond! I filed a claim with my credit card company and they immediately responded to them saying that I had cancelled my order (in which I had not) but they never responded to me once!! Not until I finally send an email asking for a refund and they told me no! They made my credit card company think that it was my fault and that they were taking care of the issue with my order by issuing me store credit, but that is not useable because they won't fulfill that order either! Then it is back to the fight of communication and a lack thereof. At this point they have got my money and have no desire to fulfill my order. This merchant is awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM SOEURO CO! THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT SET OF PEOPLE BEHIND COMPUTER SCREENS WAITING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Double VAT and import chanrges

Sent an item for exchange and received the wrongly processed order for Switzerland, with applicable VAT twice as they are incapable of processing a return and sending a package as DDP. So ended up being liable for 90EUR in taxes for a 200EUR item.....
Completely incompetent!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. Also, the customer service is horrible. They don’t respond to any emails. I have spent hundreds of dollars to be ignored. DO NOT order from this company.

fake designers and fake tracking number

this company is not only selling counterfeit items but they did send all the items i paid $4000 for multiple items and didnt receive even a quarter of the items, they have made it seem as though the items have been delivered in full. this company is a fraud i will be filing a police report , as well as a report with the better business buero, and the secret service. this company needs to be should be shut down immeditley.

I placed order on Friday August 19

I placed order on Friday August 19, 2022. I paid an additional shipping cost of $12.99 to ensure 7-10 business day shipping. The item arrived 31 days later. The item also was not as decided. Photo material was not the same, the photos are higher quality and misleading to prompt a purchase. I reach out to customer care at info@soeurco and Amber B agreed to a refund once I provided photos of the item. She sent me a return label. They received the item and provided me with a store credit via email with a virtual gift card to their store, which I did not agree on. This business is unethical and fraudulent. I will now have to dispute this charge with my credit card directly over a month later.

Naive or fraudulent?

I bought a pair of shoes online paying £175 plus £15 for the shipment. Two days after I received an email from DHL who requested £85,45 to be paid for custom tax, in order to deliver my parcel. I contacted Soeur customer service asking if that was a joke or a mistake and they replied that they are not responsible for the cost of the extra European shipments an this duty is on the customer. I asked them to recall the parcel then, as I have no intention to pay that cost and in anyway I should have been informed during the purchasing procedure about that cost… they replied that I just should refuse the parcel and once it would be sent back they will refund me. How to refuse a parcel that cannot be delivered as it is stock at the custom house?
As I told them, I dunno if they are more naive or fraudulent…
