Atrocious returns service
I purchased 4 items in early September, 2 of which were the wrong size so I returned them
at my own expense. A month later after me emailing them twice, they tell me that they have not received the items even though I clearly posted it to the address that they give for their returns. They are not in the slightest bit helpful about this considering that my order was for over €800. I am worried that I will never get refund for the two items returned. It’s a pity because the clothes are of good quality and nice design but it’s impossible to purchase items online. Be very weary when ordering from them.

Trully awful experience
Trully awful experience. I ordered 3 items on their internet site, 2 were too big. I then found out I have to pay for the return.
4 days after the return has been received in their warehouse I had to send an email to claim reimboursement.
They only communicate by email, there is not telephone number.
I will never buy from this brand again.

Think twice if you order online because you are unable to return your item.
I bought a skirt for €150 but unfortunately it was not the right fit for me. I emailed the customer service and they gave me the adress of their warehouse for my return. Once arrived at the warehouse they did not accept my package so it was shipped to a pick up point nearby. Now they are telling me they are unable to pick it up there. I can only receive a refund once arrived at their warehouse but they do not accept packages.. impossible to receive a refund.
Worst customer service I ever had. I will never buy anything from this brand again and will definitely spread the word.
