Amazing service. I sent a quote and was contacted within hours with the most friendly and helpful man. Was given such useful information so I was able to sort my problem on my own, I was comforted that if we couldn’t manage it on our own they would come out to help. We managed to sort it on our own and weren’t charged anything for the help. Thank you so much!!

Great service. Contacted them on spec - I knew they weren’t active in my area of the country. Despite this they contacted me and spent a good period of time talking me through my options over a video call - looking at the sofa and the various access points that I could use to move the sofa into my upstairs lounge. Very happy to say I acted on their advice and now have my sofa in my lounge. Special shout out to ‘Frank’ who persevered with me over the phone.

My sofa did not fit from the door and I have used Sofa Asssist’s hoisting servicing. Sofa Assist Team was very quick to respond. They have analyzed the setting and carried the sofa via the window. They are very kind, professional and super diligent in their work. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely amazing service, cannot thank you enough! After a quick chat and FaceTime, I was provided with a solution that meant my husband could get the sofa in our designated room by himself by removing our bannister which we hadn’t considered previously. We now have a lounge in our new home thanks to the expertise of Sofa Assist and we couldn’t be more grateful for their time and help.

I moved my sofa from Dubai to the UK and the removal company couldn't get it in! After trying many people with everyone saying it couldn't be done, I contacted Sofa Assist. Frank was super helpful, face timed me to look at the issue and knew exactly how to do it in 2 mins! I can't thank him enough, I am now enjoying relaxing on my comfortable sofa in my flat. I received an immediate response and excellent service, highly recommended!!

Frank and his team are absolutely incredible! Since the first call he has been very meticulous and reassured me that he would manage to bring the sofa in my flat. I trusted him and his 30 years of experience helped me to do so. He was also very accommodating on the time and date. I thought since the beginning that I was in good hands. On the delivery day he confirmed my expectations and showed all his professionalism in every little detail. The work was very delicate, but he has been very precise and always ahead preventing any possible issue. The way he was handling the sofa was incredible, and the communication with his team was as accurate and effective as in a surgery operation! He dismounted the sofa in the corridor very efficiently with the minimum number of operations and he precisely mounted it inside the flat without any issue. The result exceeded every expectation since the rebuilt sofa was better than the original one: he fixed some problems at the feet of the sofa. The experience was also excellent from human perspective, the high level of professionalism was always accompanied with a big smile and a courtesy during all the work, even the hardest part of it (climbing sofa up to stairs ). He was always keen to explain what he was going to do and the reason why. Once the work was done, I was looking for writing this review and, looking at his review score I realised that the amazing experience I had was not an exceptional case but it was a quality standard of Sofa Assist and I am really not surprised at all !He fully deserve all the 5 stars !!

We spoke to Frank, he was so helpful. Me and my husband was trying for 2 hours trying to take put 4 seater out in to the hall way and 1 video call to Frank; sofaassist sorted our problems in 2 mins! Really appreciated the help Frank, keep up the good work!

After 2 failed attempts from the Loaf delivery guys… and then they sent in the big guns!! Frank and his son got our sofa in no problem!! Such a friendly, nice team - couldn’t recommend more highly. 6 months without a sofa and I can’t tell you how much we love Frank right now.

Fantastic service from these magicians of sofa placement. We have a new and expensive sofa which the delivery people said couldn't be delivered to our lounge. Booked Sofa Assist and a redelivery. Sofa Assist were at our door in very good time, worked out the best way of getting the sofa through a narrow entry hall, very promptly, efficiently. They have great experience of this work, with a very pleasant, positive and professional approach. Sofa Assist is my go-to if and when we need their services again.

From start to finish, the assessing of options, the booking process, being on time to getting the job done, Frank and Sofa Assist were exemplary. A beacon of positivity, professionalism and efficiency in a world where such things are getting more rare. No Covid excuses, no shirking or looking to do the minimum. The team were intelligent, smart and gentlemanly and owned the task until it was done.

Excellent service. I called up to get help moving a sofa and instead of coming round and taking my money I got advice over the phone and was able to dismantle the sofa by myself over video call. Thank you so much for your help Sofa assist. Really appreciate it.
