Amazing customer service, helped us out when we thought we had no options! Really what a unbelievable service, can’t recommended enough!

Frank and his son from sofa assist were excellent from start to finish. As soon as they arrived they assured me that they would get my sofa in no matter what. Professional and friendly - and the logistics were handled almost like a mathematical equation. These guys really know their stuff. Would recommend to anyone having sofa relocation issues.

Frank and Adrian were so utterly fantastic, they made everything seem so easy, making what felt like a really complex logistical challenge super smooth and stress-free. Frank was flexible with changes to the date and time we were having the sofa delivered and on the day he and Adrian went the extra mile to check the sofa was installed correctly, even showing me how to do the sofa bed mechanism properly. Also they were just generally lovely people to spend time with, thanks so much both of you.

Frank, Adrian and Kieran went absolutely above and beyond. Amazing experience from first call, talking through the project to the on the day moving of the sofa. In through a first floor balcony door then up to another floor. Frank even then fixed the leg of the sofa which had been damaged by the separate storage company. Can not rate highly enough. Thank you.

What a guy Frank is. He saved me a look of heartache and stress, while providing me professional helpful advice on getting my sofa into my flat.
If it wasn't for him they would have been no way I could have managed to get my sofa in.

These guys are miracle workers. I managed to get my couch stuck in a narrow hallway on the way up to my flat. My partner and I were at a loss. I happened upon Sofa Assist by chance online and so glad I did. My partner and I spent the day prior trying to move it up or down, our neighbour's helped as well, but still, it would not budge. Sofa Assist arrived on the scene as soon as they could. What took me and my partner 4 hours to not achieve, took Frank and his associate a total of 5 minutes, which I believe speaks to their professional standard and why all of their reviews are 5 stars. When all hope was lost, sofa assist was there to save the day and my sanity. They should have their own signal on top of the fire department, like Batman.

Contacted Sofa Assist when the delivery company were unable to get the sofa up the stairs. Frank responded very quickly and, after sending some photos, suggested a way to resolve the problem without needing to use their services.

Our experience was made great when we received an unexpected phone call over the weekend. The extra mile to follow up was invaluable.

I had initially contacted via email some weeks ago and then a further conversation with Frank. I was asked to provide photos of sofa, picture of lounge window and the back of the sofa.

Highly recommend that you are guided by what Frank says his 30years experience comes across and he is realistic about containing expectations about what can be achieved - very technically savvy in the context of practical economic sense to transfer / hoist a massive sofa.

The approach was to find an initial solution as opposed to a cheeky to grab our money. Really appreciated this courtesy.

Frank guided on how to take the arms off the sofa, video called to see the stairs and area to be navigated . he was very reassuring with a "can do" attitude that made sense.

I actually regard our sofa quite differently - as now seeing if from how it has been constructed perspective - looking at the frame underneath bolts etc.

We are yet to take the guidance forward and will await my husband's return from trip abroad. Even he is convinced that it can be done which is a good sign.

Frank also confident that it is worth us giving it a go. He was all about being economical . And even if it didn't work out for us - we would not hesitate to pay whatever it costs are for sofassist come do the job for us.

Frank's attitude ( his patience during consultation) was the "altitude" - imparting quality know how - that far exceeded our expectations . Worth the spend if it comes to it and it would be based on a good professional consultation of your needs and expectations. Will re-post once the sofa is in.

Had a real issue, could not get my sofa out of the house in the day I was moving, called sofa assist and Frank was amazing he went over and above. Did a video call with me so he could instruct the removal men how to get the sofa out of the house and we were successful.
Really saved the day I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend.

Fantastic. Sofa arrived and despite company (M&S) assurance it would fit up our stairs, it didn’t.
Frank was round within an hour and the sofa was safely through our first floor window in no time.

An exceptional experience. They calmly and effectively did exactly what was asked of them. Clean, timely and clever. Two previous attempts to move the sofa into my apartment had failed. They achieved it via experience in the construction of the sofa and their ability to apply that to dismantling and re-assambling the sofa all within a hour or so. Excellent service

Exceptionally professional, very good at their jobs and completely did what we hoped they’d be able to in getting our new Loaf sofa into our front room by disassembling it and reassembling it in its right spot!
Sofa looked exactly as it did before they touched it by the time they left.

I was a little worried, wanting to get a monster sofa over a first floor balcony and into a living room and needing to get help in the shortest space of time after delivery. When the delivery drivers dropped off the sofa in the morning I thought I’d have to move the TV out onto the landing because there was no way I was getting it into my apartment it was huge, perfect for the room but at nearly 3 meters wide how do you get it into a 2nd floor apartment? I found Sofa Assist on Google and spoke to Frank who was great we walked through the situation via a video call and his team arrived equipped to complete the task within the hour.

Adrian & Kieran were amazing they had to semi dismantle the sofa on the landing to remove the arms and also had to remove the front door to get it in, very impressive I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend Frank &his team at Sofa Assist.
