We received such good service from Sofa Assist today. They were quick to respond to our query, great at trouble shooting, and got us (well, our sofa) out of a tight spot. Super polite too. We are very happy to be reunited with our beloved sofa after a long separation! Would thoroughly recommend.

Although it was raining, very early in the morning (still dark!), the guys from Sofa Assist turned up on time and ready to tackle the difficult job of hoisting our two sofas from the ground floor to the first floor balcony, in the rain! That was impressive and worth the money we paid Soft Assist. Very professional and courteous service - I would recommend it and use the service again if and when needed. Thank you Sofa Assist!

In this day and age, I rarely come across a business who is both knowledgeable in their field but also very personally involved with one's need; until I came across Sofa Assist. I have a sofa too big for a narrow doorway, Frank's attention to detail of my situation immediately brought relief to the stress I was encountering. I experienced him to be incredibly patient and understanding. What impressed me most was he did everything to guide me through resolving the issue as he wanted for me to fully save on any financial outlay! Sofa Assist is truly a company that puts the customer first in both deed and action. I recommend without a doubt anyone requiring their impeccable service.

Frank is the guy. So helpful and such a nice guy. Helped me with my sofa issues and can clearly tell he’s been in the business for a long time with his professional and can-do attitude.

Amazing service. Friendly and efficient . The guys came to take a bed out though a window and a new one back in. They only took an hour and a half and we’re very respectful of the property. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Very happy with Frank's service. They have been fast, very professional and very careful with our sofa. In 20 minutes they have delivered the sofa through the window.

After having my Sofa stuck in the Kitchen, I called Sofa assist. Their team were incredible - nice, early, polite, completely professional and they made the job looks so easy. They respect my houses, took the utmost care whilst working and a genuinely lovely team to deal with... cannot recommend highly enough.

The reviews are all 5 stars and deservedly so. Frank did an amazing job and I would recommend him very highly.

What incredible people! The lovely man diagnosed the problem on a Facetime call, and gave me clear instructions on how to remove the sofa arm to get through the narrow door. Brilliant customer service!

Thank you so much to the team at Sofa Assist for all their help in arranging the installation of a large corner sofa to a first floor flat today. Frank responded to my original email within a few minutes and kept in touch promtly and helpfully during the lead-up. Adrian and Kieran turned up well in time to take delivery of the sofa and worked tirelessly to get the sofa into the flat through the window! Nothing was too much trouble and they were both polite and professional throughout. And I received a follow-up call from Frank to check that all was well. I want to extend a massive thanks to Frank and his team. We had appliances delivered for our 1st floor kitchen, only to realise they would not go up the stairwell. Frank was incredibly helpful from the start; he was able to schedule us in right away to prevent delays to our kitchen fitting. He and his team were very professional, friendly, and helpful when on site. I'm actually amazed at how 'simple' it was with their team to get two massive appliances up our first floor balcony and into the kitchen. Thank you for everything!

We were about to give up ever getting our new dining table in as we live on the first floor and it was impossible to get it up the stairs then Frank at Sofa assist was recommended to us.

These guys are truly amazing. My wife and I just moved to London from the USA and bought a bed without giving any thought to the size of the headboard in relation to the width of the steps in our flat! Turned out it would not fit up the steps! I had never heard of such a service, but these guys came out and dismantled the headboard, moved it up the steps, and put it all back together like nothing ever happened! Truly amazing. And they were also incredibly nice and extremely tidy with their work. Highly recommend!

Fast communication which started with a video call to scope out the problem.

When the team came, they worked quickly and diligently and managed to get the sofa into the room using a combination of the window and some safe packing of the sofas. I thought they were going to have to cut the sofa in 2 and reupholster . But wasn’t necessary thanks to their expertise.

Absolutely delighted with the outcome and very good to deal with throughout.
