It is true that Cocoon Sofa beds if contacted may be able to service and or retrofit some of the sofabed heaven sofabed models

This Company went into liquidation,but low and behold it has reinvented itself as Cocoon Sofa beds and still being run by Craig Rutter And Still posting Fake Reviews on its new website Deal with this new Company at your peril

Liked the sofa at first (despite the major delays in delivery, damaged base, and awful comms). But despite very little use the sides have become loose and flop out by around an inch on both sides. When I investigated how I might "tighten up" the arms I discovered they were attached to sides that were just stapled on - so no way of fixing. Very disappointing and now company has gone into liquidation. HOWEVER - surprise surprise Cocoon Sofas (run by the very same Craig Rutter) with identical sofas is now up and running. How do these people get away with this?

I know Sofabed heaven liquidated, however will still write my review. Four stars because it took a long time for my Sofabed to be delivered and there were moments when I thought I'd lost my money! BUT sofabed arrived and I've just folded it up after sleeping on it for 50wks. It has been brilliant, exactly what I wanted.

After much searching stores and online for a sofa bed that was good quality, compact and great to sleep on I realised it was becoming a big ask and then I found Sofa Bed Heaven. I went to Guildford to see the sofas and Craig couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful and no hard sell.
I went home and ordered that night and the sofa bed was delivered as promised in December. Michael stayed in touch leading up to the delivery and all went really well. So pleased with my purchase. Those who have slept on it have all said how comfortable it is (I did order mattress Topper too)
Sorry to see they have now gone into liquidation as they had a really good product. I'm pleased I ordered and received mine before that happened as nothing else came close in terms of quality or value. So thanks guys.

We've purchased 2 sofabeds from Sofabed Heaven - both really good, however the mattress topper we ordered for the newest sofabed failed to arrive and now it looks like the company has gone out of business.

We ordered and paid for a sofabed. I was in contact with them and assured delivery in the second week of December 2020. Since then they have not responded to emails and the website has been removed.

Made to order sofa beds so good choice in terms of style and fabric. Showroom definitely worth a visit to assist choice. Sofa and bed elements are both extremely comfortable and easy to switch between. Great customer service from both Michael and Craig.

We went from searching the internet (all the usual places: DFS, SCS, John Lewis, Debenhams, etc.) to buying the bed from Sofabedheaven in 36 hours! Craig was super helpful and whilst I agree with previous reviews that the Guildford showroom isn't really a showroom I also experienced the much vaunted "hyper Craig service"! He is super knowledgeable and always keen to make sure you get what you want. We went for a Tokyo 120 (double bed sized) as it fits into our son's TV room very easily. Boy its heavy (!!) as I found out carrying it up the stairs with my next door neighbour but that only serves to prove that it is a quality bed, and by that I mean a bed you are happy to sleep on. Value for money it is unbeatable if you want something that will last longer than 5 minutes.

We bought a lovely sofabed, the two guys were very helpful. The sofabed went in my son bedroom and it's for his friends sleepover, it looks great and seams solid just time will tell. Easy to dismantle and that was important because nothing could go through our staircase. Very happy customer.

Came across Sofa Bed Heaven online when we were looking for a decent King Size sofa bed at a reasonable price. Although, their showroom is a bit off putting initially, I cannot fault the time and effort Craig put in to explain the different module types of each sofa bed, there was no pressure to make a decision straight away. We ordered our sofa bed the next day, it was delivered a week before the expected due date. We also had two phone calls during that time to give us progress info and delivery date from Michael who even helped me change my material choice after the order was in progress. The sofa bed is firm to sit on as any sofa bed tends to be but will give in time but we couldn't be happier with service and the sofa bed we received.

My sofabed recently arrived. Ive waited a couple of weeks to write this review to see whether i am actually happy with it. I can genuinely say that i am very happy that i made my purchase from here. The bed is very comfortable!! So many colours to choose from and the fabrics amazing! I dont have to worry about spilling anything on them as soo easy to clean. The bed element of the sofabed is fantastic!!! I live in a small flat so sofabed was the only choice of bed i had, but with that i was worried that buying a sofabed meant compromising on good sleep. My sleep has been absolutely great so far, no back problems whatsoever and many good nights sleep. Coupled with all that is the great customer service - all questions dealt with throughout the process :)

We had been struggling to find an everyday sofabed that was comfortable as both a sofa and a bed so we are delighted with our new sofabed from Sofa Bed Heaven. The opportunity to test their range of different options at the Guildford Showroom was a real bonus and we were given plenty of time to try each one and gather all the necessary info before we made our final decision. High quality, stylish products and good prices with helpful staff, what more could one want!

Fantastic sofa bed. As a bed it is more comfortable than my actual bed! The service was excellent from Craig in the showroom to Rob who handled the delivery. This made the whole experience trouble free. Even when I had a couple of questions after the sofabed arrived Craig was quick to respond.

Let me start by saying I’m a very sceptical buyer. We went to the Guildford showroom back at the end of February. It isn’t the most elegant of showrooms it has to be said. However, two things made me put aside my scepticism, number one, the unparalleled excellence of the product and the ‘one man powerhouse’ that is Craig. No pressure to buy whatsoever. A simple, that’s the product, it speaks for itself, go away and make your decision.
We ordered as soon as we got home. Ok, so far so good. Then came the lockdown. Towards about week 10 I was feeling the old scepticism coming back, what if it’s all a scam, maybe I’ll never see this sofa- WRONG WRONG WRONG. I got a message to say it was released from the lockdown warehouse, a call next day to say it was ready when I was. The sofa was delivered, assembled and ready to go within 12 hours of my call to say “ready” This Craig guy is the real deal. Kind, friendly and efficient, he knows his product. We are delighted with our purchase and with this unassuming but superb business. I would 100% recommend this company and its products.

excellent sofa bed best on the market mechanism so easy the bed is so comfortable even with the thinner mattress.spent over two hours in the shop with Craig who was very knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble in trying the beds.. If you are looking for a sofa bed sofa bed heaven is the place to go
