Slept like a baby!
Really happy with our abbey sofa bed that we had delivered a few weeks back, fits perfectly in the spare room and I've had family around since then who said they sleep like a baby. Great purchase and overall good customer service.

-5 stars, shocking, poor, useless, naff, rubbish, cack and poo
This 'company' are a disgrace and they know it. Whilst I like the Detroit sofa, as the size fits in a gap perfectly, It's a pain in the backside to open up. It is impossible to move and you need it a few inches from the wall permanently. I had to wait 5 months for a refund to my credit card after returning the matching footstool once I'd threatened them with a dispute. Craig, can't call him a manager, the 'main person' was a useless tool. Sarcastic and rude. As for the females....talk about giving home workers a bad name! Never respond to emails, don't answer or return calls, they clearly are rinsing Craig. These sofas are shipped in from Poland, so who knows when the ship will arrive with them across the channel. Upon delivery, there was a hole in the wood underneath. Clearly the delivery guys knew this once they assembled it. Waited 6 months for replacement. The sofa is mega firm, you'll definitely need a mattress topper. Material is really nice and it's had a lot of compliments. Such a shame that this pretend company are a bunch of incompetent reprobates. I wish you all the luck in the world if you place an order...take a deep breath!

It is advised that companies in the internet world don't reply to customer complaints as this often turns into “he said/she said” slugging match, and for this reason we will avoid the temptation to answer each of the many points given in the above review.
We are a small family business who work 7 days, and have developed a great product, for sale online with the option to try before you buy at our appointment showrooms.
We have sold 2700 sofa-beds in our first 4 years, and have over 100 customer reviews on our website, which is more than our industry average, if you don't pay or incentivize customers to send these.
We have had less 0.5%returns in the past 4 years, which speaks for itself. Customers are very happy with their sofa beds.

We can assure everyone that we share in all customer frustrations and always do whatever is in our influence to make for a good and smooth service. Sometimes the furniture world moves slower than our fast paced lives and our cost saving automated communication system is something of an adjustment to modern purchasing systems. Beware if you are thinking of ordering a Soda Bed from Sofabed Heaven.
They advertise their sofa's as being the same quality as your own bed and very comfortable, but in reality, it is the most uncomfortable bed to sleep on. The sofa itself is too uncomfortable to even sit on and as a result, have only used it once.
We were told before ordering, that if we did not find it comfortable, we would be able to return it. Their guarantee isn’t worth the paper it is written on.
We contacted them to return our sofa bed and they denied ever stating that. If I could give them less than one star I would.
What's worse, is the customer service within the company. They are very sarcastic in their responses and I have had to email them more than once to even get a reply.
Please do not waste your money on this company!
